Located just 6 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, this beautiful property is the perfect retreat for luxurious family gatherings, business retreats, golf trips or just a relaxing getaway with friends!! In this one-of-a-kind backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a pool, hot tub, basketball court, putting green, fire pit, and so much more!!

This luxurious 5-bed, 3-bath, single story home offers all the amenities you need to relax indoors or out. Swim year-round in the heated pool, enjoy the sun in the outdoor daybeds and lounge chairs, cook at the Weber grill and enjoy your meal underneath the cabana’s bistro lights or at the outdoor dining table. If competition is your thing, enjoy a game of basketball on the court, practice your short game on the putting green or challenge your housemates to a round of bags. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the firepit, soak in the in-ground hot tub or play cards under the stars. There is no shortage of activities in this backyard oasis!

Inside, the open-concept living and spacious bedrooms will check off all your boxes for your Arizona visit! The kitchen has everything you’ll need to eat in, as well as multiple dining areas to accommodate all our guests. You have a custom island with seating in addition to a kitchenette that seats six and an expandable dining table for seating up to eight additional guests. The game room includes a pool table, custom wine barrel arcade game, fireplace, and smart TVs. A thoughtfully designed sunken living room is the perfect place for family conversations, games and movie nights. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, adjustable ceiling fans and a luxurious setting to get the best sleep of your vacation. The entire home has been designed with luxury and relaxation in mind, with beautiful design elements to enjoy everywhere you look. There is plenty of communal space and small, private corners to get away with a good book or a quiet conversation. Two sets of washers/dryers make it easy to clean up a load of towels or clothes anytime. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a private patio. It’s the best way to start your vacation or business trip and experience all that Arizona has to offer. We also recently added an EV charger in our garage!

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer and hand soap.

Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

The backyard is fully fenced in for your privacy and safety, including a dedicated gate to keep the pool and hot tub secure when not in use.

We offer a full kitchen with all the essentials including pots, pans, oil and spices, coffee makers, ground coffee, crockpot, full-size oven, microwave and much more.

You’ll find a Laptop-friendly workstation complete with a printer, toner, paper and pens. Stay connected with our high speed Gigibit

Internet and WiFi for Zoom calls, webinars, gaming, streaming and all your social media and entertainment needs.

Relax in the in-ground hot tub, seasonally heated pool and enjoy plenty of pool towels and outdoor games.

Poolside chairs and two hotel-style daybeds welcome you to soak up the sun during the day and enjoy the backyard fire pit for cooler evenings. We also offer Hulu+Live TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ on the TV’s throughout the home including the outdoor TV to watch all the important sporting events or movies while splashing in the pool. You’ll find a fully stocked game closet with board games galore for days with inclement weather or when you need a break from the Arizona sun in the comfort of air conditioning.

One of the many benefits of this stunning home is its proximity to all the local amenities Scottsdale and the greater city of Phoenix is known for. Only minutes away from grocery stores, shopping destinations, dining and restaurants. Extremely easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix only 20 mins away and less than 15 mins to Old Town Scottsdale and the rich and vibrant history, dining and nightlife to be found there. You’ll find premium Golf courses and entertainment venues minutes away as well.

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
