3Bd/3Ba condo conveniently located in the Landmark building in the village of Stratton Mountain, VT. This unit is in the same building as the highly desired Verde restaurant, steps away from the lift lines, ski school and lift ticket purchasing areas, and minutes from other restaurants, shops and the spa of Stratton Village. Beautiful mountain view’s can been seen from the living and bedroom areas. Two parking spots are included with this rental.

This condo will comfortably sleep 10-12, has 2 primary bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room features a fireplace, flat screen tv, fully stocked kitchen, cable/internet, family board games, and beautiful views of Stratton Mountain. First primary bedroom has 1 king bed and a couch, flat screen tv with cable, ample closet space and full attached bathroom. Second primary bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin bed with an additional pull out optional trundle bed, flat screen tv with cable, washer/dryer and full attached bathroom. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, flat screen tv with cable and a closet. Upper bunk beds are twin sized and bottom bunks are double. Full bathroom is located right across the hall from this bedroom.

This unit includes access to the Owner's Lounge located in the lobby which includes a pool table , games, TV, and comfortable lounging space. A private ski locker is also included with this rental.

Great getaway with moms and kids!

The unit is clean and conveniently located at the base of the mountain. We were 4 moms traveling both our tween/teen kids. Everyone had a blast and comfortably fit at the condo. Any questions we had, Jordan was great to respond with assistance. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay

The location cannot be beat. We were walking distance to ski school, gondola, and the village. Host was extremely responsive. Overall was a great stay for 2 families traveling with small children.

Family Getaway

Very nice Condo. Convenient to main base area, nice view of the mountain. The condo was well appointed, live cable TV (not always the case with other rentals we have stayed), lots of space for our family of 5.

Perfect location

Closest place to the lifts. Easy parking, clean, comfortable. We had 10 people and were very comfortable in the condo. Perfect for a weekend of skiing.

Can’t beat the location!

We had a great long weekend with friends. The location could not be more convenient. We had some trouble getting the tv to work and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Excellent space for two families to stay. We’ll be back!

Great family holiday

Fantastic location to ski and easy drive to Manchester for shopping. We were impressed with the amount of space in the condo. The bedrooms and full bathrooms worked well for the entire family. The added convenience of parking pass and locker for ski equipment made the busy holiday weekend even more enjoyable.

Great Family Ski Spot

As a family with two kids under 3, it was important to us to be able to quickly and easily access all Stratton has to offer; this home is excellent for families looking to ski, shop, and take advantage of Stratton. Communication was super easy. The home was extremely comfortable (with ample space for everyone). Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

My family of four, my sister, and my father had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfectly laid out, and very nice that it was one floor so the kids and my father didn't have to walk up and down the steps. The owner was very responsive to questions when, due to the storm that brought 40 inches of snow, power to the whole mountain had to be turned off for a few hours to fix an electrical issue. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Fabulous stay in Stratton Village

The condo was so convenient to the mountain. Everything was as described. Extremely clean and well stocked. The only issue was the noise from the floor above. It's very disruptive. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay in this building again and recommend it.

Perfect location

Great condo unit right at the slopes and close to everything. Place was clean, convenient and spacious for 6 people. Only mike gripe is the people above were loud, but otherwise a perfect trip.

Great location, great space!

We had a wonderful stay in Jordan's property and would definitely recommend! The bedrooms were larger than we expected and had an extra twin bed in one of the rooms so that our friends could have their smallest child stay with them. The bunk room had plenty of room for 4 kids. And we loved that all 3 full bathrooms were large and clean. The location was fantastic being right in the village and steps from restaurants and the base of the mountain. Overall a great stay!
