Our newly renovated home, features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a washer and dryer, family room, living room and a big backyard for your pets to run around in (not pictured). Close to UC Health and a 15 minute drive to Denver, we are great for traveling nurses or those needing more space to sprawl out! Please reach out about renting the large stand alone garage on our property - Large enough to store RV's, trailers etc.

Our remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is great for families needing a little space. The layout is great for families as our master suite is separated from our 3 guest bedrooms. With a family room and living room, you'll have space to spread out. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and our washer and dryer is conveniently located in the house, making laundry a breeze!
Outside:
Our backyard is large, fully fenced, and great for your pets to get some fresh air. We have a bbq grill and a small sitting area to enjoy on those warm sunny days. Street Parking is right outside of our home. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We recommend a car if staying at our property.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Dogs are allowed and we charge a $150 non refundable pet accommodation fare during per month for you stay (2nd dogs are an additional $125). Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
