Relish beautiful sunrises over the beach In the mornings and gorgeous sunsets over the national wildlife refuge in the evenings.

Relax on the beach watching the dolphins swim by, read that book you have been putting off, take a walk along the sandy shore, swim in the bay, comb for seashells and sea glass, or enjoy a bonfire on the beach with family and friends.

Enjoy amenities such as reliable high speed internet, cable TV, two person kayak, cotton sheets and towels, a kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, and an open floor plan, with lots of windows, to enjoy the views.

On those days when you crave a bit more action, it is only a fifteen to twenty minute drive to the following places: touring the Dogfish Head Brewery, shopping at the outlets in Rehoboth, taking in a movie at the Movies of Midway, walking the historic district of Lewes, Delaware’s first settlement, or strolling the boardwalk at Rehoboth (the younger ones will definitely want to tour Funland).

We believe you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere as much as we do. Our home has 3 bedrooms (1 KING bed, 1 QUEEN bed, and 1 room with 2 TWIN beds). We also have a sleeper sofa (twin-size) in the Greatroom.

The entire home is accessible to guests except for a few owner's closets that remain locked.

We are located at the south (less populated and, therefore, quieter) end of Broadkill Beach. Our home backs right up to Primehook National Wildlife Refuge. We are a short drive from the boardwalk and activity in Rehoboth Beach or the quaint shops in Lewes.

Master bedroom has 1 King bed.
2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed.
3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds.
Greatroom has a couch and one (twin-size) sleeper sofa.
