The Perfect location with GULF VIEWS on the SOUTH SIDE of 30-A with a heated gulf front pool. The three-story townhome, After Dune Delight, has an open floor plan with multiple living spaces including 3 covered balconies and 3 enclosed porches. Upon entering the first floor you will find a king guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Going up to the second floor you will find the main living spaces with kitchen, dining and full bath. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen aid appliances, a wine cooler and fully stocked cabinets. There are 3 poches on this level for a wonderful outdoor experience. The third floor offers a King Master bedroom and ensuite with walk-in shower. There are 2 porches with gulf views to enjoy your morning coffee. The heated gulf front pool and beach access to the beautiful white sand and crystal blue water are only a two-minute walk. This home is filled with natural light an open floor plan and 10' high ceilings with several cozy areas and outdoor spaces for every guest to enjoy.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Sunset Beach Community is conveniently located near some popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride, you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
