This beautiful newly renovated Nestique ski-in/ski-out condo has vaulted ceilings throughout, evoking a modern alpine lodge feel, while the decor adds the ambiance of a true mountain resort. A double-height living area welcomes guests on the main level with walls of windows streaming in natural light. A large-screen SmartTV is in the living room nook for snuggly movie nights. Cozy up next to the stacked-stone fireplace with some hot cocoa after a long day on the slopes. The main floor features hardwood floors and is doused in natural light from the windows which showcase the beautiful views of Park City Ski Resort. Watch the ice skaters on the rink right outside the window from the swivel club chairs or peek on your kiddos outside at ski school.

The open concept floor plan opens up to a newly updated gourmet kitchen that will inspire your inner chef. The kitchen features quartz countertops, herringbone subway tile, and a spacious counter. Seat up to 11 guests for dinner between the 8-seat formal dining table and the 3 high-top island counter stools. Ideal for groups, the home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 spacious sleeping areas, evenly spaced for privacy:

This spacious primary suite features large SmartTV, a modern dresser and an armoire to perfectly accommodate your packed belongings. For those who need to plug in, use the in-room desk for privacy. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower with stunning tile. You will truly be living your mountain escape dreams.

Secondary Suite | Queen Bed
This gorgeous upstairs guest suite has a queen bed with luxurious bedding, along with a twin-size trundle bed, and is complimented with a stunning view of the slopes, a walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted SmartTV.

Loft Bunk Room | Two Twin Beds
This room has two comfortable twin bunk beds. There is also a slanted skylight that pours in lovely natural light with a dedicated workspace below.

Living Area | Queen Sofa Bed
The living room has a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed and can comfortably accommodate two people. The sofa is tucked behind a partition wall, affording privacy for those sleeping in the living area.

Guests have two additional bathrooms for convenience, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have tiled showers, one walk-in and one step-in. A laundry room is located on the upper level with a washer and dryer to keep clothes clean and toasty for new adventures on the mountain.

When we booked, I had know idea how great and convenient the place was going to be. It's right next to the ticket window and lifts. It has amazing views of both the slopes/ski school and the ice skating rink from the living room. The rental shop is downstairs in the same building so you don't need to go outside (Jackson's Base Camp) and there are lockers to keep your gear (and snow) out of the living area. My daughter loved the indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Any time we were hungry or were ready for apres ski, we walked downstairs and took our pick from a number of great restaurants there. General info that you might find helpful; They'll send you a summary email with all of the access codes, wifi, trash, instructions etc about 30min before your arrival (would be nice if it was printed for everyone to look at when they arrive and an earlier email notifying you that you'll receive it right at checkin time). The fireplace remote should be in a little white box in the living room (took a while to locate it), the extra bed upstairs is a trundle under the queen size with bedding in closet and trunk, trash shoot is right next to the elevator, parking is only included for 1 vehicle and we couldn't find free parking around town (just uber from airport, you don't need a car once you're there). If you're bringing kids, be sure to check out the Deer Valley Montage for dinner too. They have an awesome arcade for the kids (free) and bowling. Amazing trip, we'll definitely be back!

Great Location!
Really enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable, close to apres ski and the lifts and lots to see out the window. Really, close to the market (5 min) and downtown Park City (7 min). Ski rentals right downstairs. The only complaint is the many door codes to get in and around the place. Complete overkill. But that is my only complaint.

My family and I had an amazing stay. Our son is in a wheelchair and the ski in ski pit was perfect for all of us. Upstairs is tight and cozy! We had plenty of room for Santa and would come back as soon as it snows.

The property has direct view of the ski school as well as first timer lift. I can see my kids directly from the window. The property is clean, modern and lots of sun lights. Kids also love the pool and hot tubs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, great host, ski in ski out
We had a great family vacation. Lauren was a great host. She was fantastic. Very attentive, even helped us get to and from the airport. The property was newly renovated, and in excellent condition. It is right at the lodge. Rent your skis downstairs, store them in the lockers downstairs, and walk out the door directly to the lift. We even skied into town, had lunch, and jumped on the lift back up the hill, then ski’d back to the property. Excellent stay. Thanks for everything Lauren.

Great stay, ideal location
Our stay was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. Location is fantastic right at base of Park City above Jackson’s Rentals. The pool and hot tub were great. The only issue we had was there is only one bed in the second bedroom even though the listing said there were two beds. All in all excellent stay and would certainly return!
