Just a 12 min short drive to famous Clearwater Beach and many other beautiful white sand beaches!

The home is on the way from Tampa Airport to Clearwater Beach (one of the best beaches in florida) but much closer to the beaches. The house is about 25 minutes from the airport (can be slightly more or less depending on time of day) and 12-14 minutes to the the beaches (can also be slightly more or less depending on time of day). To put it in perspective, Tampa airport is about 45 minutes from the main beach areas.

Fantastic Owners

The success or failure of a VRBO stay often comes down to the owners of the property. Christopher and Stefanie are the kind of hosts that take the worry out of the process, and genuinely care about every aspect of their guests' experience - which was evident from the moment of our first communication until the day we checked out. The house was exactly as described, very clean and well laid out, with comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, a massive dining room table, and a well stocked kitchen. The heated pool was the perfect swimming temperature in mid May, and the home is located very near my favorite downtown areas - Dunedin and Safety Harbor. Three of us spend a week in this area every year to celebrate our joint birthdays, and this particular trip will go down in the books as one of the most memorable. Thanks, Christopher and Stephanie, for everything you did to accommodate us during our short stay. We really appreciated it!

Wonderful getaway

I appreciated how clean the interior of the house was upon arrival! Communication from the hosts was very responsive! So many thoughtful details like coffee pods and the well stocked kitchen. Ample towels provided. Beach chairs, etc. Location was central to everything we wanted and a nice quiet neighborhood. I will stay again!

Paradise Palm VRBO

My husband and I just left this amazing rental…We felt that we were in paradise just like it’s name. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, I have never rented a place so completely accommodating. We enjoy visiting with our kids and our grandson who was celebrating his 7th birthday while we were there! Location was perfect and we also were able to bring our fur babies with us which makes our life so much easier…Chris and Stephanie were awesome from our initial contact to the time we left. Looking for a place for a family reunion or gathering this home has everything you could ask for. Close to everything, grocery stores and the beach! Highly recommend this rental!

Paradise near the beach with a great pool area

Full of lots of extra comforts. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Fully stocked and super clean. Only draw back is that the yard wasn’t fully fenced in for the pups, but we made do.

Perfect family home - exactly as advertised

We had a wonderful family vacation and absolutely loved this home. Everything is exactly as pictured / advertised. Fully equipped, organized, clean and ready to enjoy. The hosts have really thought of everything and communication was super fast/ helpful and easy. Short drive to the beach and all major attractions in the area and the enclosed pool is super convenient, enjoyable and clean. We will be back! 😀

Amazing Family Gateway

This is probably one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at! Chris and Stephanie were always quick to respond to any questions we had, And made us possible to accommodate us with early and late check-out. The house is clean and stocked with essentials and even extras like a fully stocked coffee bar! My kids looved swimming in the heated pool every night! Perfect for family dinners poolside! The rental is also in a perfect location, just minutes to Clearwater beach and tons of other beaches nearby. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect

We stay at a lot of Vrbo’ a and this was the cleanest and most organized one yet . We can in for the Indy race and it’s location was perfect to go watch the race and then have diner on the Clearwater beach the same day. It was very close to a Publix so we could get the fixings we need for eating and drinking. The coffee bar was set up very well for someone that likes coffee and for some who likes tea. Hope we get back for next’s years race and stay there again .😀😀😀😀

We're Chris and Stephanie, your hosts! We are a couple who met in college while on a habitat for humanity trip. We have many years of experience in renovating properties and managing rentals. It is a passion of ours to provide long-lasting memorable experiences for our guests!

We weren't born in Florida but we both grew up in other beach towns of the world. Chris spent his childhood on the shores of Cape Cod (MA), while Stephanie grew up in the Dominican Republic surrounded by the ocean. It has given us both a well-defined idea of what a luxury beach experience should entail. After relocating to Clearwater, we have spent the last few years immersing ourselves in the community and have fallen in love with what the city and beaches have to offer!
