FAMILY FRIENDLY! Our Mesmerizing Historical Home will warm your heart, while boasting all the modern touches you love and need! Built in 1907, this "Harry & Hattie Stone House" is a stunning Craftsman located in the heart of Bankers Hill/Mission Hills with freeway access nearby. Beautifully Remodeled for modern living yet still filled with vintage charm, warmth and tons of character, and plenty of parking!
This is a brand new listing with brand new furnishings, so please... ENJOY!

Please note, the 4th bedroom has a half bath, and 2 twin beds in a trundle bed (as pictured), and the garage is off limits.

House is over 100 years old, there may be some natural floor creaking, comes with the territory ;)

Our spacious bedrooms, vintage items and modern upgrades are sure to make your stay comfortable. The lovely kitchen is equipped with a Viking Range, Stainless Steel appliances, wine rack, and is fully stocked with everything you need, including baking tins, spaghetti maker, and much more!
Out back, pluck herbs from our herb garden, grab a few limes off the tree for your mojitos, and relax by our large fire-pit!

Families, feel free to use our Pack-n-Play travel crib, high-chair, nursing rocker, toys, games and infant tub, but please note, we will charge $40 cleaning fee if they are left or put away extremely dirty.
We live nearby and check on our properties sporadically. Anything you need, just let us know!

We're down a quiet drive, with the canyon directly in front of us. Very peaceful, very serene, yet walking distance to Balboa Park, the famed Spruce St. Suspension Bridge and all that Hillcrest has to offer!

USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
