There is a boat ramp located just minutes away from the house. The canal at the house can accommodate boats 32 feet long or less.

★ WHAT’S NEARBY★
This home is within 5 miles of many local shops and restaurants and several local attractions, like the Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium, and Seven Mile Bridge. The Curry Hammock State Park is located nearby and offers protected waters that can be easily explored by kayak or paddleboard. Sombrero Beach, a popular snorkeling spot, is just three-and-a-half miles away. Guests can boat or drive to fantastic local restaurants with fresh seafood and talented local musicians. If guests love to snorkel or dive, Sombrero Lighthouse (just off Sombrero Beach, three miles away) is a must and contains some of the most amazing coral and aquatic life in the US. For the animal fans, the wonderful Turtle Hospital is three miles away and the Dolphin Discovery Center is just over three-and-a-half miles away.

This Vacation Rental is a privately owned home and we trust that you will treat the property as if it were your own.

Rental Policies/House Rules:
• Check in: 3pm; Check out: 11am
• No smoking
• Occupancy cannot exceed 8 guests at any time
• One-time cleaning fee required for all stays
• There are no parties permitted at any time; violations of this will result in loss of security deposit and may include additional fines.

Pet Policy:
• 2 pet maximum
• Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. 
- Pet must comply with local legislation requirements. 

• Pets must not be left unattended. 

• Pets are not allowed in pool area of the house. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs. 

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the property and in the neighborhood. 

• Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. 

• Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
