Unsere neu renovierte Golfvilla / -wohnung auf der zweiten Etage mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in perfekter Lage im angesehenen Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach und bietet Zugang zu allen Ihren Urlaubsbedürfnissen. Es befindet sich am 15. Loch des Greg Norman-Platzes und ist eine der wenigen Eigentumswohnungen mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und die Küste. Lehnen Sie sich auf unserer neu mit Teppich ausgelegten Veranda (mit neuem Deckenventilator) zurück und beobachten Sie, wie Golfer und Boote vorbeiziehen.

Unsere Golfvilla / -wohnung befindet sich in der Ironwood-Unterteilung und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Pool (Ironwood hat den größten Pool einer der Eigentumswohnungsunterteilungen), Tennis, Beachvolleyball und Basketball entfernt (keine andere Unterteilung bietet all diese Aktivitäten).

Unsere Wohnung ist komplett mit neuen Ledersofa (voll) und Loveseat, Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern, 3 Flachbild-TVs, kostenlosem WLAN, neuen Arbeitsplatten und New Kühlschrank in Küche und Esstisch aktualisiert.

Es gibt 4 Weltklasse-Golfplätze im Barefoot Resort. Greg Norman, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III und Pete Dye. Unsere wunderschöne Gemeinde in Ironwood bietet nicht nur Golf, sondern auch ein nahe gelegenes Schwimmbad, einen Tennisplatz, einen Volleyballplatz und einen Basketballplatz. Das Barefoot Resort verfügt über eine neu hinzugefügte Golfakademie an der Driving Range. Genießen Sie einen Drink und / oder eine Kleinigkeit im Driving Range Grille. (Sie haben eine tolle Pizza aus dem Steinofen!)

Am Eingang des Barefoot Resort können Sie den größten (15.000 m² großen Salzwasserpool) in South Carolina genießen, der sich hinter dem Barefoot Resort North Tower (dem höchsten Apartmentgebäude) befindet und sich neben dem Docksider's Grille im Barefoot Resort Marina am befindet Intracoastal Waterway. Entspannen Sie am Pool und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf die Boote am Yachthafen oder gehen Sie zum Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen zum Dockersider's Grille des Yachthafens, wo Sie wie geplant Live-Unterhaltung genießen können.
Wenn Sie es vorziehen, am Strand zu entspannen, ist unsere Wohnung eine kurze 3-5-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Während der Sommermonate gibt es einen kostenlosen Barefoot Resort Community Shuttle Bus, der die Gäste am Ironwood Pool unserer Ferienwohnung abholt und stündlich zum und vom Strand hin und zurück fährt. Ein Fahrplan des Shuttles ist für Ihre Bequemlichkeit zugänglich.
Über die Intracoastal Waterway vom Barefoot Resort finden Sie für jeden etwas. Der Highway 17 ist die Nord-Süd-Hauptroute, wenn Sie das Barefoot Resort verlassen. Entlang des Highway 17 finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants, Minigolfplätze und verschiedene Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen Sie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter die Geschäfte und Restaurants in Barefoot Landing, die Tanger Outlets, die Colonial Mall, den Broadway at the Beach (in dem sich auch eine Reihe berühmter Restaurants befindet) und die Coastal Grand Mall. Perfectly kept, stocked and location
I am not sure I can really say enough about how nice this condo was. First off, it was super clean, even the carpet, which I don't normally like, was perfectly clean. (It makes sense to have carpet as it was second story and keeps the noise from footsteps down.) I also have never had a VRBO that was so well stocked. The owners stock extra supplies, even down to Dixie cups in the bathrooms, which was very impressive! We had friends that were in another unit in here and they had nothing, not even an extra garbage bag left, so the thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The location is amazing, as this is so close to Barefoot Landing with food, shops, drinks and kids stuff to do as well, that you never even have to go back to the main road. We traveled for the Ripken Experience, and while this is about 25 minutes from the field, it was an easy drive and I feel less chaotic than it was closer to the field. Book this place, you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed staying here. We are close to Barefoot Landing shops, restaurants and many attractions. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed for our family of four. The beach is about 8 minutes away in car. The pools were nice.

Loved our stay!
Loved our stay at this condo! We especially enjoyed the Ironwood pool, which is a salt water pool and so warm! Regarding the beach, we decided to drive there instead of using the shuttle, but we weren’t sure which beach access to go to. I sent a quick text to Chip asking him about it, and he was very quick to respond.

Was nice only issue was the people up stairs above us wike everyone up at 2:00 in the morning with what sounded like they was moving furniture back and forth and pulling up carpet. till 5:00 . This happened 2 nights. Forgot clothes in the one dresser. Haven't heard anything about getting them sent back to me would pay for them to be sent back.

Very Clean and accurate. Had 1 issue with code for tennis courts and Chip resolved within an hour. Any email or text I sent during the whole process, Chip responded to promptly. We did not use the shuttle to beach, so I can't speak for how that was.

This was the perfect accommodations for my family. We loved the location at Barefoot Resort near shopping and dining establishments. The beach access was a short drive away. I had breakfast and a cup of coffee every morning on the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful!!
We stayed in the owner's other condo in the building next door in Ironwood. I must say, the condo was beautifully decorated, large rooms, very inviting & comfortable, well stocked with everything you needed, and very clean!! It was so nice to be in such a quiet area but still so close to everything. The grounds are absolutely beautiful & very well-kept. The keyless entry made it so convenient and the owner was so nice to work with. My family & I had a great vacation!!

The condo was very clean and exactly as represented in the pictures. As someone considering buying at Barefoot, I would say the updates the owners have made make this property stand out against many of the others available. Nice view of the golf course and waterway. Will definitely be checking availability on our next trip to Myrtle Beach, if we don't own by then!

Perfect Rental
From my first inquiry until I returned home, Chip has been a great homeowner to work with, returning emails and calls quickly. We spent a week at the owner's second condo in the building next door, and it was sparkling clean, very nicely decorated (without some of the over the top beach themes seen elsewhere), freshly carpeted and painted, and just perfect in every way. We have stayed at Barefoot Resorts before, and this condo was the quietest with the nicest view out back. It had more than enough room for a family with two teens. Although the resort has a shuttle, we were able to find parking at the beach every day easily which allowed us to have a more flexible schedule. The resort pools are also fabulous. The area is great for kids of all ages, and the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on Monday night are well worth it. We have always stayed in North Myrtle Beach, which has more than enough to offer, without some of the craziness farther south in Myrtle Beach. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect Vacation!!
This was our second year staying in this condo. First we thought we were going to have to reschedule because my grandmother got sick and Chip was very understanding but thankfully she got better and we were able to go on our vacation. First, we love the keyless door entrance it saves from having to keep up with keys. The kitchen is fully stock with whatever utensils you would need. The fridge has an ice maker so that helps when packing a cooler for the beach/pool. The condo is very spacious our family of four. Every other aspect of the condo is perfect. We love staying here because its just minutes to the beach and barefoot landing. Already looking forward to vacation next year!

We stayed the week of the 4th . The room was very clean ,loved the different color of the rooms, similar to our own house. The room was even nicer than in the pictures. We went to bentio"s our meal was great ! Would recommend Big Daddy"s Roadhouse even thou it is on other side of Myrtle Beach, best ribs,rolls in the area. Chip was very helpful in securing the reservation and responded any question I had . Will be staying there in the future . Will recommend the property to friends and family .

Our family of four just returned from this condo. Everything was great!.... including the view and the location (could walk to pool, we took the car sometimes). Loved the keyless entry and hair dryers and tv's and furniture, It was nice to see walls painted a color other that white! .... very inviting. Look forward to returning next year.

We reside in Greensboro, NC and wanted a 2nd home where me and my son could play golf while my wife and daughter could shop and go to the beach. This was the perfect location. We could not find a better getaway that combines golf, shopping and the beach. We love to sit on our patio and watch the golfers and boats go by. Since we are only 4 hours away, we have been coming about twice a month. The amenities at Barefoot are first class.

We bought our condo because of the view. Only a few units in all of Barefoot have a view of the golf course and the intercoastal. We also liked Ironwood because it is the only subdivision with pool, tennis, beach volleyball and basketball.

Everything is within minutes of the condo. Golf, Beach, 3 major shopping attractions, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and every restaurant you can imagine. Close to highway 22.
