Dieses Haus ist neu gebaut, groß und familienfreundlich. Doppelgarage im Erdgeschoss mit Wohnraum über. Dieser nutzt die wundervolle Aussicht auf den See. Mit einer großen, überdachten Terrasse auf der Vorderseite, es ist ein perfekter Ort, um in der Hollywoodschaukel sitzen, beobachten Vögel und Boote zu gehen. Vorderdeck umfasst auch Outdoor-Tisch, Stühle, und große Propan BBQ. Sonnendeck auf der Rückseite des Hauses verfügt über einen großen Tisch und Stühlen sowie Liegestühlen und eine Hängematte. Der perfekte Ort für ein Nickerchen am Nachmittag!

Island getaway

The communication with Paige was excellent. The location was great and we enjoyed playing games on the lawn and watching the sunset from the deck. The kitchen was well-equipped. The layout of the house is unusual, and the bed in the downstairs room was not comfortable. The loft bedroom would have been a lot of fun when our children were young!

Beautiful location and accomodating host

We had a 3 night family getaway on Pelee Island and this cottage provided the perfect setting. It was spacious with all of the amenities we could need and more. The host, Page, was extremely accomodating and fast to answer any questions. Being the first renters of the year and out of season (we went to catch the eclipse), there were a few minor issues which were dealt with very quickly. All the beds in the loft area make it a great spot to bring families with multiple kids. The location is a very short walk from the only grocery store on the island which is very convenient, and in the other direction is a nice long pebble beachfront followed by a sandy beach which makes a nice walk/hike. One thing that may be helpful to know, the "outdoor" shower is actually fully enclosed in a structure added on to the back of the house and only accessible from a door inside the house, so is not exposed to the elements in any way. However being "outdoor" means the water is shut off when the weather is cold to avoid freezing pipes. In the summer it seems like a perfectly usable shower for guests. Thanks again to the owners for the great weekend experience!

Bachelorette weekend

What a beautiful cottage and fully stocked with everything we possabiltiy needed. Our view was breath taking. The people of Pelee Island very friendly which made us feel at home!

Fabulous property

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay on Pelee. This house was just the right size for our family. Every one had their own space. Perfect. We went to the beach, road bicycles, visited the winery, visited Vin Villa, discovered beach glass and had AMAZING sunsets and fires in the fire ring. House had plenty of firewood. We grilled every night (bring all your own food), had enough refrigerator space with multiple units. Just wish there was another shower, we had two but could of used another with the amount of people we had.

Stunning View, Amazing Property, 9/10

What a great place to spend a weekend on the island. Ample room for everyone, and spectacular view of the lake with no one around. Bugs were a problem both outside and inside the cottage. The "pond" out back should be cleaned or filled in as it was a festering mosquito pit. Besides this one problem everything else about the house and property were amazing and well taken care of. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

We rented the cabin from Thursday to Sunday it was great we had such a great weekend. lots of room to sleep nobody was cramped property was beautiful. We would recommend it to everybody that is looking for a place to stay if you need for a large group.

Beautiful cottage

We were a group of 10 ladies that rented the cottage for the weekend of the Pelee Island Half Marathon. We absolutely loved this place. The cottage is beautiful and so is the property. Great views of Lake Erie. There was lots of room for all 10 of us to sleep comfortably. It came with everything we needed for the weekend. We loved the fact that all 10 of us could sit around the table for meals. We enjoyed both decks - when the sun was on one deck there was shade on the other. We played bocci ball on the large lawn. The location was great and we were able to walk to the marina, pub and ice cream shop. We were happy to have the wood stove to warm us up after the monsoon half marathon ! Can't wait to return next year. Page was wonderful to deal with. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond to any emails.

Cottage

My girlfriends and I stayed for the weekend and thought the cottage was the best..view..sleeping accomadations ..and that huge kitchen table.... We loved the cottage and had a great time biking walking and don,t forget the winery it was lots of fun.

The best place to stay and relax on Pelee Island

Seven of us went over for the weekend and had a blast.The cottage is so comfortable and has lots of amenities. It is close to the bakery (very important) and has a wonderfil view of Lake Erie. The pull out beds in the loft are really comfortable. We spent lots of tine on the lovely decks. There is lots to do on the island, or not. We came home relaxed and hoping to go again next year. I would definately reccommend this rental

Yoga lover

Excellent - what a way to spend a beautiful sunny weekend - practised yoga on the front deck to a unforgettable sunset, practised yoga to a unforgettable sunrise, and another session in the late afternoon with the waves as our background music - best time of my life - and the cottage went well beyond anyones needs - clean and spacious - if the weekend weather would have been not so perfect a practise inside would have been perfect too!

Weekend of Bliss

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. There were seven of us and the cottage provided more than enough room for all of us to feel very comfortable. The pictures really don't do the interior or exterior of the property justice and the sunsets are breathtaking! Would definitely stay here again.

Remarkable Sunsets

Could not have hoped for anything more. The water was perfect and reachable right over the rocks across the road.Inflatable party dock was so much fun for us 5 adults at a time of us 10 adults. Fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher was such a time saver for us vacationers. Even sharp gourmet knives for us cooks. The laundry facilities were bonus for the beach towels and baby blankets. Basement table for card games for 8 adults. Comfortable 25 foot? balcony facing the lake, with a constantly enjoyed swing and table and bar height chairs to enjoy meals at. Another back balcony for cooler breeze. Biking, and jogging also enjoyed by us all. Kindly and thoughtfully equipped with soaps and shampoo and linens. A comfortable chair in 2 bedrooms. Hope the rest of the lower rooms will be finished for next year. Questions and requests were responsibly answered for us during the week. We hope to stay again. Those who left earlier in the week were so sad to miss out the fun to be had by the rest of us. Clean environment for a brand new baby with us too. Thank you for all the thoughtful details for your guests!

"fun filled weekend"

We stayed here with a group of 10 women. It was fantastic. The listing is accurate but doesn't do it justice. The property is clean and well maintained. The owner was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property. The pelee island winery is a source to great fun with a couple bottles of wine. Good place to spend the afternoon.

Big Extended Family Holiday

Our two week stay on Pelee was fantastic. We enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the island. The front and back decks of this fabulous home made it possible to always sit in the shade and always find the breeze. The cottage was extremely well equipped, spacious and clean. The owners were quick to answer all questions. Our three generational group enjoyed the biking, kayaking, hiking, swimming and especially the fishing off the big rocks in front of the cottage. The close proximity to the co-op store for milk runs was great and the kids enjoyed biking to the bakery for homemade fudge. We enjoyed the island museum and Fish Point Nature Reserve.

Grannie, wife of Grampie who celebrated 80th birthday

We had a wonderful week with a problem which the owners solved. A couple of features which we enjoyed included the big front yard where the kids flew their kites and the side yard for croquet. The pictures fail to do justice such as the large table in the kitchen, the lake just across the road, the giant table on the first level. We found large areas for gathering and places for privacy to make plans for Grampie's birthday celebration. What great memories we have of our week!!!!!!!!!!

Better than we could imagine!

This property is new, clean, and very well maintained. Best of all, the property sits on the north end of the island and has sunsets to die for! The owners were extremely accomodating and made sure we felt welcome and were please with our stay. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return in the future. Pelee Island -- quite, relaxing, and friendly beyond words. The ferry ride over and back is enjoyable and affordable. It was no problem for us to get our car on the ferry which made the visit even more enjoyable.
