Just 2 hours from Boston, we are ideally located near Franconia Notch State Park and the crystal-clear Pemi River. Spend your days exploring the beauty of the White Mountains and your evenings soaking in our state-of-the-art hot tub, while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.

The Space

Riverview Retreat has both a Main House and 2-Bed Guest House. For this listing, you will only have access to the main house. But you will have access to all of the other amenities on the property - state-of-the-art hot tub, one-acre swimmable pond, a sprawling two-acre lawn, river frontage of the iconic Pemi River, and another 7+ acres of walking trails for exploration.

The main house layout has four bedrooms upstairs including a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom outfitted with a separate jetted bathtub; on the main floor is a kitchen, dining area, a sitting room with a gas fireplace, a separate living room with a comfy 150" sectional with deep seating, and a beautiful deck with scenic mountain views; and the basement is packed full of activities, a movie area, and a reclaimed wood bar so you can play bartender.

From the basement, you can access the 7-person hot tub and fire pit.

To paint you a picture, here is a possible day you could have at our mini resort, Riverview Retreat:
-Wake up to a beautiful view of our one-acre pond, the Pemi River, and the cascading mountains in the distance.
-Brew a pot of fresh, hot coffee and enjoy it on the back deck while planning your day's adventures.
-While you're waking up, the kids (and/or kids at heart) will be preoccupied with game time with a pool table, pop-a-shot, and bar games down in the basement, and a ping pong table on the back porch.
-Take a short 100-yard walk to our newly installed deck and dock down by the pond! We have paddleboards and a paddleboat, or feel free to take a dip in the refreshing water.
-Spend the day hiking or mountain biking in the beautiful White Mountains, or visit Loon Mountain for ziplining, gondola rides, and other summer activities.
-As the evening approaches, the designated grill master can get things going for dinner on our patio outfitted with our charcoal grill. Enjoy your meal al fresco with your favorite summer drinks!
-From there, the night is yours! Build a campfire and make some s'mores, snuggle up in the basement movie room outfitted with a 75" TV and enjoy a feature film with some popcorn, or kick back and relax in the hot tub to let the worries of the day wash away.
-And if you're looking for some R&R alone... there's a bath waiting for you in the master bathroom with bath salts for all of your relaxation needs.

All in all, this 12-acre property, perfectly situated between the banks of the Pemi River and Lincoln, NH, is the perfect spot for any large group looking to experience everything New England has to offer in the Summer. Families, corporate retreats, weddings, and more will find the Riverview Retreat as the gem they've been looking for in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Riverview Retreat is accessible, yet secluded so you can feel like you're getting a true getaway.

We will share a custom guidebook prior to your arrival but here are the highlights:
