Das moderne, gated einstöckige Haus wurde von dem preisgekrönten Architekten, John Redmond Associates von führenden Bauunternehmen der Insel und Construction Ltd. entworfen und gebaut, um eine sorgfältige Standard.

In 0. 85 Morgen ruhigen Grundstück und mit einem 42 Meter Bootssteg, die Villa verfügt über einen großen 30 x 15 Fuß Außenpool mit einer großen privaten Terrasse, die ist ideal für Sonnenanbeter, während es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse für wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen Ort ausgewählt aus der Sonne suchen.

Zweifellos eines der herausragenden Merkmale des Anwesens ist seine exquisite Innenarchitektur, die vom Besitzer persönlich und Innenarchitekt, Gul Jenkins beaufsichtigt wurde. Excellent stay in Turks and Caicos

Love our stay at Villa Villace! The house was clean, and well located. It was right on the canal, and we went kayaking there. Five minute drive to Grace Bay. Only surprise was the extra cost of the air conditioning. Would definitely stay there again!

A Week In Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. Ron meet us upon our arrival and helped get our week off to a perfect start with cold beverages and a tour. He introduced us to the best taxi driver who made traveling the island fun for our group of friends. We enjoyed our pool daily. The villa is nicely equipped for guests. We can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous stay in Turks!

Great house with lots of space, in a fabulous location. House manager was super helpful setting up excursions when requested. We rented kayaks a couple days which was a great way to explore beaches that are hidden away with no people! Definitely recommend!

Seclusion without the worry

I want to share my experience about a fantastic rental property for my bday trip. Even though it had more rooms and bathrooms than we needed for two people, we appreciated the privacy. The listing was accurate, and the house was gorgeous and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy, and we received all the necessary information before arrival. Ron greeted us at the property with snacks, cold beer, water, and ice. He gave us a tour, went over paperwork, and explained everything. We were there during hurricane season, and he kindly allowed us to check out later due to a later flight. The air conditioning price is not included in the rent, but we were aware that it was charged at the current market rate plus a 12% government tax. I ran the air conditioner all day every day for nine days, and my bill was $720. While it was a significant cost, I happily paid it because it was super hot and humid. The fans helped as well. Everything is close by, and the security system and locking gate made us feel safe throughout the trip. The canal behind the house is very peaceful, and the pool is very nice and relaxing. I have never been in a rental so well stocked. The only suggestion I have, which others have also mentioned, is to be careful when getting out of the pool as the tile is a bit slippery. The TV seemed a little outdated, but it wasn't a deal breaker.. Not there to watch tv haha. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Home

Villa Vivace is a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Mid week cleaning was awesome with fresh sheets on bed, floors mopped and towels refreshed. Electricity is a seperate charge and expensive. Even with the high electric bill it was still reasonable for the area.

Great Week at Villa Vivace!

We had a great week at Villa Vivace! The villa is beautiful and is in a nice location in Leeward. The property was very clean with very nice appliances. We were greeted at he villa with a tour of the property and with some snacks, beer and water which was a nice touch! The driveway is gated, and the villa has an easy-to-use security system, not that we ever felt unsafe. We enjoyed the open layout on the inside and loved the outdoor area with a very nice pool and ability to sit on the dock directly on the canal. We did a private ½ day boat charter and the captain was able to pick us up right at the dock! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice property for couples or a large family. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and a couple of umbrellas which made our daily trips to the various beaches easy. The showers had good pressure, and the internet was very good. The AC kept the bedrooms and main living area comfortable. We pretty much shut off the AC during the day when we were out, used the AC during the evenings before bed, and then turned it off during the night except for the 2 bedrooms. We used 485 KW for the week. The mid-week cleaning was appreciated. Communication with the owners and then Faye and the property management team was easy and responsive. We had an excellent experience at this truly beautiful villa!

Amazing Property

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was even more amazing than the photos on the website. The property manager was very responsive and welcomed us even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours. He gave us great recommendations for dinners and fun places to visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Amazing villa!

We loved our stay at Villa Vivace! Traveled with 4 adults and a 1.5 year old. The property is gorgeous, right on a canal that we loved to swim and kayak in! Marina and great coffee shop within walking distance. The home is clean, large and well equipped for any meal you would want to prepare. Close to beaches, grace bay. Ron was so helpful, always a text away. All on one level so great for kids. A great value for an amazing villa! Thank you for memories that will last us a lifetime!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had another wonderful family vacation at Villa Vivace - our second time staying in this beautiful home. Location is great, short walking distance to Salt restaurant and a great little market. Quick drive to beach and all the restaurants and amenities in town. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. Faye the property manager was excellent. Spotless, Top Notch Service.

Never disappoints. Place is alway super clean. Weekly house keeping is a plus. Ron, property manager would exceed your expectations and is always there to assist you with any of your needs, so don’t forget to take care of him and the house keeping staff as they go beyond their call of duty to make your stay as pleasant and care free as possible.

Paradise in Paradise

The pictures on VRBO cannot show the full beauty of this property in the Leeward Settlement (if you're familiar with T&C, you know). Not only is this house in a perfect location (only a few minutes from Grace Bay as well), but the team that has been put together to help facilitate the stay is one in a million! Ron met us at the door with ice cold refreshments and gave us a thorough tour of the property. Anytime we had any questions, he was available to help make our vacation a memorable one. We came away with the realization that we could never stay at a resort as long as homes like this are available! Don't miss out on this one!

Short vacation

Did not disappoint. 4 or 5 star every category. Only suggestion is a few rubber backed carpets outside of rear patio doors. Tile gets slippery after rain or pool water. Not a major issue but should be addressed

Terry and Gul Jenkins live in London and discovered the idyllic islands of Turks and Caicos after traveling extensively throughout the Caribbean. They instantly fell in love with the island and promised one other that they would return in the future to build their dream home. Now several years later, they have built a beautiful holiday home they would like to share with others.

Terry is one of the UK’s foremost musicians, having worked with the likes of international superstars: Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Sarah Vaughan, Vic Damone, Robert Farnon, Nelson Riddle, James Last Band, Symphony Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Gilbert O’Sullivan, Stephan Grapelli, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Royal Philharmonic 'pops' Orchestra and BBC TV Come Dancing. He has played in some of the most illustrious and iconic venues worldwide including Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall and Caesar's Palace and also has a prolific recording background contributing to over 2,000 tracks. Terry spent over a decade touring with Tom Jones as his drummer and it was during this time that he met Gul in Barbados. They had a whirlwind romance and married in Tom’s hotel suite in Puerto Rico and, appropriately, he was their best man.

Gul started her career as a designer in Europe where she studied and trained after completing a Masters Degree. Her creativity and artistic flair have earned her recognition from a number of design and fashion houses. She later moved to interior design and her meticulous attention to detail is clearly evident throughout the design and décor of Villa Vivace.

Terry and Gul scoured the island to find the perfect location for their dream villa. It's idyllic waterside setting, proximity to the beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants will ensure you have a vacation to remember for years to come.

The Villa Vivace offers 3500 sq ft of living space and is fully air conditioned for your comfort. Additionally, there are 52” Hunter fans throughout the property, 40” cathedral ceilings adds to sense of spaciousness, creating light and airy reception areas, whilst all rooms in the villa have glass doors, overlooking the water edge, pool and garden. All windows and doors are covered with mosquito screens and the windows feature hurricane-proof glass. There are large format travertine porcelain tiles throughout the house.

The villa offers three spacious ensuite bedrooms (two king-size and one queen) with sliding doors opening on to the pool area. The master bedroom has an oversized bathroom, 9-drawer dresser with mirror, TV and armchairs. The second and third bedrooms feature 6-drawer dressers with mirrors, with additional big wall mirrors. All of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and walnut luggage racks. There are also added touches such as hair dryers in all bathrooms allowing you to pack lightly and vanity cabinets with granite tops and big wall mounted mirrors. There are top of the range KOHLER fittings throughout the house.

Throughout the living area and bedrooms are privacy curtains and big panel blinds and the bedrooms also feature blackout blinds.

The fully fitted, state-of-the-art kicthen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler). There is a matching breakfast bar with four bar stools. All cooking utensils are provided. There is also a seperate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The open-plan living space boasts a whole host of entertainment facilities, including a large flast screen plasma TV, complete with satellite channels, DVD, WIFI internet, Sony sound system with iPod dock, telephone and CD player.
