This beautifully remodeled modern, clean, spacious beachy vibe home has everything you could possibly want, need and more for a perfect beach getaway for 3 friends or family with two kids! Located across the street from the beach, so you are steps to sand, walking distance to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, markets, banks, yoga & Pilates studio, and retail shopping.

We have thought of all the amenities/gadgets you could possibly want from specialty coffee machine (accommodating a regular fresh brew or if you like pods instead), Insta Pot, Air Fryer, Rice Cooker, Smoothie Blender, Breville Mini Smart Oven for cooktop, etc…

The home offers an extraordinary quality water filtration and softener system. This premium water filtration is also combined with reverse osmosis (so you don’t need to buy regular filtered bottled water), also an instant hot water. Shower and washing your hands in this wonderful water system will is not harsh to your skin nor hair.

Fully equipped with everything you would have in your home should you forget to bring your shampoo, condition, body wash, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, floss, cotton balls, Q-tip, razor, aloe gel, first aid kit, sewing kit, nail filer, nail cutter, clothes steamer, etc…

Plus, for a wonderful day at the beach, we have beach chairs, towels, mats, tent, beach bags w/ water jugs to fill up to take to the beach, waterproof portable Bluetooth speaker, sand toys, beach games, and so much more…

There are two king beds and if you have little ones, upon request, we will provide a pack 'n play, stroller, high chair, bathing tub if needed.

What are you waiting for?

IMPORTANT: We do not allow service animals or pets as the cleaning people are DEATHLY allergic to cats & dogs. If you book and come w/ a dog or cat, you will be kicked out/asked to leave and with no refund. We cannot have another accident where our cleaning people are sent to the emergency room, because people sneak their service animals/emotional support animals. This is a VERY SERIOUS issue as it begins to block/choke their airway.

Well appointed!

Studio was great for our family of 3 and was outfitted with way more than your average VRBO (coffee, laundry detergent, etc). You can hear upstairs neighbors walking around. Not terrible but something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

Everything was perfect!

We booked this stay last minute because another stay fell through. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The unit has absolutely everything you'd need! Kitchen is fully stocked, excellent coffee and coffee maker, dishes, containers.....everything you could need. Washer and dryer as well as detergent, more towel (including beach) than you'll need. The beds were big and comfortable. Lots of bikes and beach chairs. Since the main house was not in use we were able to use the outdoor lounge area (with a fire table and BBQ). Honesty - it would have been disappointing if we couldn't considering it is right outside our entrance. Property manger gets 10 stars for response time and help! I would definitely recommend and return.

October in LA

We loved this property which was so close to the beach plus had easy in and out driveway parking for our trips around town. Bic has all necessities available, so guests can bring the bare essentials and find the apartment stocked with everything else you need. The place is clean and all information about Redondo area is in either entry packet or the helpful guest book in the apartment. Wonderful October getaway! Thank you, Bic!

Fantastic place!

This place has it all…great location, private, and ALL the amenities. Everything you could need or want is provided (bikes, sand toys/chairs, coffee, etc.). Also, beds were extremely comfortable. Foot traffic from the above unit can be noisy at times so earplugs can help, otherwise extremely quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location & clean property

Do be aware that this property is downstairs to another rental unit — while it was great night one, the remainder of our stay really was not ideal with kids running back & forth all night on top of us. We asked the other family to be aware of us multiple times and even asked the property manager to help us out. Lots of great beach toys for the kiddos but knowing what I know now about the location underneath another unit (I am a very light sleeper with young children with naps & early bedtimes), I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise of the above unit. But if you bring ear plugs, it’d be great!

Perfect

Perfect property, so close to the beach, very clean and everything is new. It is true that literally everything one could think of is provided. We got lucky and were able to use the patio but sometimes it isn’t available. I forgot clothes in the dryer and they were sent to me with no problem. Giselle is super communicative and easy to get a hold of. I would stay again!

Great Location

Terrific to have a washer/dryer- we were 5 days into a 10 day trip so very handy. We’ll appointed - they thought of everything. Temps were chilly so could have used an area heater. We will be back!

Clean and every amenity accounted for

Lovely bottom level studio, on a busy street but just a few blocks from the ocean and gorgeous views. Every amenity accounted for. Big comfy memory foam like beds. Small bathroom but well appointed and great shower. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Small space but everything you need is provided, amazingly efficient use of the space, new and modern.

Beautiful Redondo Beach Location

This location was wonderful. Close to everything we needed. It is very clean and accomodating. Thank you for being avasilable for questions. One note that I wanted to prersent was the scent in the location. I have severe allergies and asthma. There was a strong cleaning scent. It wouldn't bother most people, but is caused an asthma flare up. This is not a complaint, but a heads up to future visitors.

Clean, Cozy & Great Location

This Studio was big enough for me and my two teenagers. It's super cute and clean. The Holiday decorations made it feel so homey! The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we would ever need in the kitchen (if I had cooked:) Location is great, a quick walk to the beach. The Host responded immediately to my questions. I would definitely stay there again or the Host's other properties.
