Luxury coastal retreat - 2 blocks to Vilano Beach!

Walk to the beach from this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom charming beach house! We're located 2 blocks from Vilano beach access. Our home sleeps up to 9 guests and offers an open layout and airy beachy decor. Vilano Beach is a quiet coastal community that is known for its award-winning fishing and pristine sandy beaches. Take a bike ride to the local restaurants and enjoy seaside cuisine as the sun sets. Feeling adventurous? The home is located minutes from Downtown St. Augustine, where you can explore the history, culture, and cuisine of the Nation's oldest city.

Our living room features a comfortable couch where you can curl up with a good book or enjoy something on the television. Our dining area seats four and is a great spot to fuel up for your day of exploring. Our kitchen features updated appliances and is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you need. We've got your coffee and tea covered! Brew a whole pot or a single cup in our Keurig K-Duo coffee maker. Or, if you prefer a tea kettle, we have got you covered there as well. The dining area and living room make for an excellent gathering space.

Outside feel the ocean breeze in your hair and enjoy our two-story deck space. On the lower level you can curl up in an Adirondack chair as you watch the family play a game of tag in our open yard space or rinse off in our outdoor shower after a day at the beach. On the upper level, you'll find a large wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining space, grill and chairs for you to sit with your cup of coffee to enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

Creature comforts are important. We have a 55" smart tv in the living room, a television in the master bedroom, and a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub. One guest room features a full bed on the bottom and a twin trundle. The queen bedroom features a queen daybed with a twin trundle. Our home works well for families and groups of friends. The guest bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination.

Our doors are equipped with electronic locks. You will receive a unique code for entry that will only be valid during the duration of your booking.

Our home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. We have one is overlooking our parking area and a doorbell camera. These are for the safety of our guests and our own peace of mind. Any tampering with these cameras is grounds for immediate eviction. There are no cameras inside the home.

We welcome children and families to stay in our home. That said, the apartment does have an outdoor deck/balcony space and stairs. Parents are urged not to leave small children unattended.
