🏨 No Onsite Maintenance or Cleaning: We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning services like hotels, but rest assured, all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

❄️ Central AC: Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, lowering the thermostat below 68 degrees may freeze the unit if it’s working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime—simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking to ensure they meet your needs.

🗑️ Trash Disposal: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and to protect the surrounding active wildlife in the area.

📺 TV Streaming: The TVs offer streaming services only, so guests can use their own subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!

Wonderful Quiet Neighborhood

My daughters and I had a great experience staying in this sweet bungalow in a neighborhood filled with creative and fun places with beautiful gardens and sweet flourishes. Great Location/Great Stay

The house was a perfect fit for myself and 3 children. Great location to walk to town. We were able to catch two nights of concerts in the park, 5 minute walk from the house. House was clean and well stocked.

Seconds stay

This is my second stay at this property, and I really love the location. It's easy to walk into town and close to my dad's memory care facility, and the neighbors are quiet. The house is equipped with everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that the carpet in the living room was quite dirty. I informed the property manager, and they offered to come and clean it. However, I declined their offer because I didn't want to vacate the property after a long night and day of traveling..

*WAENING WARNING WORNING*Well for starters it was 26 out side, and only 32 inside of the house. As you walk through the house smelled like dirty dipers. The couch had stains allover it, crumbs on it in a couple spors. There was trashbonbthe floors. The walls were dirty, and the 2nd bed room smelled like cat piss!:( What a nightmare house!!!!! Served Our Purpose

We were helping our daughter look for a house in the Manitou, Colorado Springs area. This house is located in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood and close to Old Colorado City with great shops and restaurants. The bathroom was small but functional with plenty of hot water, and a claw-foot tub. It had the best Keurig coffee maker I have ever seen and we have actually ordered one for ourselves. There were a few minor issues which we provided to the owner who graciously thanked us and implied would be looked into. Overall, it served our purpose well!

Great house for my short stays in CS

You really went out of your way to make sure anything one might need was at the house, thank you!! One suggestion.....put a small self mounted wall mounted shelf on the north wall of the shower, towards the back of the tub, high enough so people that are taking a bath won't hit their head but also so it can easily be used by someone taking a shower. Say an 8" x 4". So people can put their shampoo bottles, etc on it and easily access. I know you had the dispenser of products but I prefer using my own. Thanks again!
