Ultimate Beachfront Getaway: Gulf front condo on the ground floor!

Truly ''one of a kind!" There is no property quite like this condo, starting with the convenient ground floor location and the recent updates by the owner, this beach condo feels more like a home!

No elevators, no stairs, easy access to a unique ''beachside resort''. The ceilings are 11 feet high, creating a space that seems much larger than the 1,569 sq ft. The beach is your backyard, providing a rare expansive view few people experience in a condo setting. From 9/25/2023 to 2/26/2024 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the east side from stacks 01 to stacks 05

Guests love the open floorplan of the condo, with the dining room off of the living room, there are no ''shot gun'' views typical of most beach condos. Two large bedrooms, each with access to a bathroom. And, a customized bunk area with Full over Full beds kids will love when they visit! The master bath has a shower and tub, and the second bath has a stand alone shower for the bunk and back bedroom.

Aqua is the premiere destination in Panama City Beach. This classic property features elegant water features and multiple pools and hot tub. It is one of the few resorts to offer covered heated pools for any cool days. The floorplans, and the wide gulf front balconies capture phenomenal gulf views.

Aqua is located across from Pier Park, and is within easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, movie theater, live music, Gulf World aquarium, and even an amusement park. Its the best location on the beach.

The first floor location in Aqua is an unrivaled amenity, and this is the only 2 Bedroom with an additional bunk area located on the first floor. Aqua 111 still offers superior gulf views without ever having to get in an elevator. It is truly like having your own private beach house.

NOTE: There is a new hotel under construction next door, all of the exterior work is done, and they are finishing the interior, so any construction noise should be minimal during the day.

Diese Wohnung in Panama City Beach liegt in der Nähe von Freizeitparks und am Strand. Pier Park und Thomas Drive sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du Lust auf Shoppen hast. Very nice condo. We’ve stayed at Aqua before and really like the complex. Really liked the convenience of this unit being on ground level. We had a great time, and plan on coming back!

Nice place

It was a beautiful place . The only thing is they have a Nest thermostat that would automatically turn the air up to 77 throughout the day. So it was hot at night so sleep was not good. We were able to fix the frozen up ice maker.

Family of eight. Ages 9, 11, 13, twin 17, 20 and mom&dad

It was good! Condo was clean, exactly as it was described aside from the locks.The master bedroom door didnt lock nor the jack and jill bathroom, myself and our littles walked in on the teens often.Loved being on the first floor and not needing an elevator.The location was great my teens enjoyed taking the golf cart to Pier Park and being able to park it at Aqua. Easy beach access, the pools were clean, loved the ice cream shop! Cons. The Hyatt. We chose Aqua mainly bc of no pets, my son is highly allergic, if the wind blows he has a reaction. The Hyatt allows animals so all their guest would bring their animals to poop and pee right in front of our balcony bc it was the only grassy area. So much that the grass is ruined from all the pee. It smelled and was non stop.We would be trying to enjoy the views and balcony but couldnt bc stangers were constantly there letting their dogs poop and pee some even left the poo. The pools. They close at 10 as well as beach access you can get out but not back in. Everything closes at 10 so it would be nice for them to be open atleast until 11. Aqua closes one pool early about 8 which pushes everyone to one pool. They dont allow fun in the pools. No balls boogie board/floats.This was a bummer for us, we love playing, tossing water balls, and throwing Frisbee. The kids literally only could just sit in the pool. Overall, I think this is a good place for families with small children or over 60. Aqua needs to crack down on Hyatt guest!

Family vaca 2023

Over all the condo met our expectations. It was spacious, enough room for a wheelchair and walker. The kitchen had plenty of bake/cook ware. The two negatives are It’s Florida so there’s sand and lots of it. I was constantly sweeping the floors the vacuum really wasn’t getting it all. The only other issue we had was the “dog walk” area was to the side of the condo complex, and people would use the area in front of our patio the let there dogs do their business. We found it difficult to enjoy our morning coffee on the patio.

Great except for the floors

The property was very nice and we loved the ground floor location but the floors were filthy. We had to wear our shoes at all times or our feet turned black. Hopefully the cleaning crew will give them a good scrub. We would definitely stay there again if they take care of that

Luxurious & Convenient

Beautifully decorated with large, comfortable beds. Large patio with incredible views. Walking distance to Pier Park. The kids loved the bunk beds complete with their own personal TVs, storage & plug-ins. Beautiful pools, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi & convenient walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Thoughtful & Will Book In The Future ..

I think we would have loved it but they had to cancel us last minute due to some technicalities with place. the rental company was nice + honest. Because of that, I would try to book this place again in future. Another positive experience: the company overseeing the vacation rental refunded me immediately. And when I asked about another place - that was close to Gulf Coast Jam too & in same price range, they found one! And me very quickly & we LOVED it! Can’t wait to book it again!

Very nice condo with great views

Very nice, 4 adults and 3 kids fit and slept comfortably. Bunk beds were big and had individual TVs. Big fans on every room were nice. Tall ceilings, and still great views despite the ground level unit. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time.

Great condo and location

Overall a great experience! Loved being on the first floor. Aqua location is great as walking distance to many restaurants and pier park. Great pools and fitness center and they have opened up a market downstairs since we stayed there last. This condo was perfect. Very clean. 1st floor was awesome. Only two complaints…no hot water of both showers were going at same time and the master unit is close to a corn hole game on the property next door so noise was a factor a few nights. If hot water could be resolved we would definitely book again!!

Very disappointed

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but our family was very disappointed with our stay. The cleanliness of this unit was so bad that we had to be moved out of this unit. I’ve tried leaving a few different reviews but they will not approve the level of detail that I tried to provide, so I’ll just say we will not go back.
