Unlike most interior rental units in this complex, this unique, oversized (1900+ square feet) corner condo has five full-sized sliding doors, one in every room! with both south and west exposure. All bedrooms and living areas offer spectacular views with the option to open the doors to feel the gentle ocean breeze or close them and enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Spacious balconies surround the unit on two sides,adding bonus living areas with comfortable furnishings for lounging, relaxing, and dining while enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
As you enter the generous foyer, you will see the dedicated laundry and storage room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Next is the entrance to the larger bedroom, which has been set-up as a private suite with two double beds (that can be arranged as one extra-large king bed), TV, blackout blinds and ensuite with a large rain shower. This room also features its own bar fridge/freezer, and separate, private balcony with loungers and table.
Continue down the hall into a generously sized and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, gas 5-burner cooktop, quartz countertops, and ample storage space. A range of extra appliances have been made available for your convenience.
The open floor plan leads into the living room that highlights the breathtaking panoramic views. A spacious entertaining area, outfitted with a comfortable sofa that transforms into a queen bed is a great place to relax and read. Leave the doors open for ocean cross breezes and the sound of waves lapping on the beach.
The bright master bedroom off the living area features a king bed, private workspace, TV, blackout blinds, separate doors to the balcony as well as a full bathroom with rain shower.
About the complex
Among Harbor 171’s amenities are numerous pools of varied sizes and temperatures including a jetted hot tub, an infinity pool spanning the length of the beach, and a unique elevated lap pool. You’ll have a front-row seat to the Pacific ocean’s renown sunsets beautifully framed by the underwater-lit pools and palm trees.
Amenities also include a new, well-equipped gym on the 5th floor, covered parking and the peace of mind that comes with a complex featuring 24-hour security. Ample staff are present throughout the day and night to ensure the common areas and lush gardens are immaculate, respectfully enjoyed and secure. Of note, parties are not permitted, and smoking is allowed only at limited tables. There is no smoking permitted in the units, on balconies/patios or otherwise in the complex.
Harbor 171 is a new, one-of-a-kind resort-style condominium development located directly on the sandy beaches of Las Glorias, a quaint neighborhood in the heart of the hotel zone and a short 20-minute walk to the amazing shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Vallarta’s Malecon, with Zona Romantica just beyond. Within these secure, quiet streets you will find coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, boutique and luxury hotels (we are neighbors to the Dreams/Secrets resort), a “superstore-size” grocery store, bus stops, reasonably priced massage studios, and other amenities within a short walk.

The posted rate covers up to 4 guests. An additional charge applies for the 5th and 6th guests.
Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.
Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.
An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Up to six guests may be considered under certain circumstances. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
