The Old Clarksville House is a prohibition era styled home with a SECRET BAR! It is located in downtown Clarksville, close to downtown restaurants, APSU, and 20 minutes to Fort Campbell area, about an hour from Nashville. It's a dapper renovation that includes a full kitchen, comfortable top of the line beds, and a speakeasy to dip the bill. 3 bedrooms that sleep six, home includes laundry room amenity. Be sure to bring your best camera for all the photo opportunities!

This home is located right next to the popular PINK HOUSE CLARKSVILLE and they can be booked together for gatherings. The OLD CLARKSVILLE house is a beautiful SPEAKEASY renovation, that is moody, sexy, historic, and an absolute blast to visit!

Parking:
The home has parking on premise, and is shared with the Pink House, on the OC house side, 4-5 cars can fit in a line.

Front Porch:
The cozy front porch as a bench and two rocking chairs. Also a blue ceiling since I lived in Savannah, GA for 9 years and loved that about historic homes.

Living Room:
Come in to the unique space and you'll see a huge oil painting of ZEUS by local artist Erin Wardell. The phonograph is bluetooth and you can also play records on it. Gorgeous leather couch, and it opens to dining area for easy flow of guests.

Dining Room:
The dinner table sits 6 and the hutch in the space is decorated with local finds. It took me over a year to shop for the space so everything is UNIQUE and an experience to carefully explore.

Kitchen:
We offer a stocked kitchen area with dinnerware, glassware, and some serving dishes. There are also pots and pans. Light breakfast items (oatmeal packets and breakfast bars) as well as a Nespresso machine with coffee, sugar, and creamer. Microwave is under the cabinet, fridge, stove, and dishwasher are all petite.

Laundry Room:
Stackable washer and dryer available in the space.

Bedroom ONE:
The front bedroom is towards front of home, includes a gentleman's closet, queen size bed, and tall dresser. There is a sound machine in this space, black-out shades, and a FANdelair to help you sleep comfortably.

Bedroom TWO:
This bedroom includes the door to find the SECRET BAR! It's towards the back of the first floor. It has a full size bed, nightstand, and dresser. A sound machine and fan/chandelier is also in the room to help you sleep comfortably.

BEDS 3&4 and LOFT:
Two twin beds are located upstairs in the loft. The loft has steep stairs and are the reason we do not allow children under the age of 6 in the home. Upstairs also has 4 leather chairs and a beautifully decorated built-in shelves. The upstairs has a wall unit so you can set the temp as you'd like to sleep well!

Backyard:
The back has string lights and a gazebo with a huge chandelier. It's all gorgeous and fun to enjoy any time of the year. We do also have a grill to use and hot lamp, please let us know you would like to use either because they both require propane.

SECRET BAR:
The secret bar is the best space in the home, in my opinion! It's can be found through the back room, and has two french doors to the outside. The bar seats two but there is space to stand and with the back doors open, you have additional seating under the gazebo. It is stocked with wine glasses and has a small hand sink. The TELEVISION is located in this space, it is a ROKU TV.
