Comfortably furnished for any length of stay, our condo is located in the World Tennis Club, an 82 acre gated resort community in a setting of mature plantings, ponds, walkable pathways & low speed roads featuring 16 tennis courts (12 HarTru, 4 hardcourt), 2 community pools, hot tub, cafe, locker rooms with gym equipment &friendly residents. Included in your rental unlimited tennis court time can be reserved in 1.5 hour increments.
3 miles to the beach & to 5th Avenue with world class shopping & fine dining .

You will find our very private 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is fully equipped and comfortably furnished for any length of stay. (900 sq feet) plus large private outdoor balcony/ deck and a lanai available for your exclusive use.
Our Villa does not face any other buildings and is very tranquil and serene .
You will feel like you are in Santorini , Greece with the beautiful white stucco building and lush surroundings .

Beach equipment, cooler , beach cart and chairs and umbrella in condo for guests use .

All common area resort facilities in the World Tennis Club community will be available for your use in the same manner as they would be available to the owner. Gated community with resort amenities tennis, pool, jacuzzi, gym with shower and sauna, on site cafe.

We will be back!

This was our first time renting a place on VRBO. The owner Alexandra was very friendly, clear and responsive. Her check-in and check-out directions were easy to follow and we had no issues finding and getting into her condo. Her place was very clean and had everything you need for a beach vacation. My son loved watching all the tennis matches from the lanai and playing on the playground right across the street. Great neighborhood for morning walks! The pool and club house with a restaurant were clean and everyone we met there was very friendly. You are minutes from a grocery store and shops, close to the beaches and downtown Naples. We will definitely rent here again!

We fell in love with our condo back in 2018 ! It’s our peaceful haven and vacation home . You will feel like you are in Santorini , Greece with the beautiful white stucco building and lush surroundings .
We’d love to share or vacation home with you . Close to all that Naples has to offer and the beautiful surrounding coastal towns . Prime location in North Naples .
We love the Gulf Coast and Naples Pier Beach and Vanderbilt Beach , beautiful soft white sand and fabulous water ! Fabulous restaurants and world class shopping surround you.

Gated community with resort amenities tennis, pool, jacuzzi, gym with showers and sauna and on site cafe. 3 miles to the gulf coast white sandy beaches @ Naples Pier and Vanderbilt Beach. Less than 12 minutes to 5th Ave Shopping and fine dining . Convenient to all Naples shopping and restaurants and activities !

1. Master bedroom ( en-suite bathroom) has one queen bed.

2. Bedroom two ( en-suite bathroom) has a day bed (twin mattress) . It is a trundle bed too which rolls out and it’s a twin mattress that can be raised to the same height as the twin on the day bed. It may be positioned independently .
