Welcome to our vacation rental! We want to let you know that we are conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy for you to get to your desired destinations quickly. Additionally, if you don't have a car or prefer not to drive, there are plenty of ride share services available in the area that can help you get around. So whether you're planning to explore the local attractions or just need to run some errands, transportation will not be an issue during your stay with us. Other Things to Note:
* Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request for a fee of $30 per hour, subject to availability. If you do not check out on time, a penalty of $100 per hour will be applied. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to inquire about early check-in or extending your stay. Approval for both is based on availability.
* Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Our dry climate and natural landscape make the city highly vulnerable to fires. Using such items endangers lives and property and could result in severe damage, potentially burning down large portions of Scottsdale.
* If you’d like to enjoy a warm, inviting pool during your stay, we offer pool heating services! For the best experience, we recommend requesting pool heating at least a week before your arrival. The service is available for a fee of $75 per night, which will be added to your booking if you opt for it. Please reach out to us if you’d like to arrange pool heating, and we’ll be happy to make your stay even more comfortable.
NOTE - During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds, which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in, but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible. We will have the pool ready for your check-in. However, daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this, but additional charges may apply.
The family-friendly neighborhood has easy walking with well-lit sidewalks. Biking is also easy, thanks to the bike paths in the area. In addition, Uber and other ridesharing are readily available.
While we appreciate your interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away

For cancellations made outside of Airbnb, please note that we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in our listing. If you're eligible for a refund, please be aware that a 10% payment processing fee will be deducted, which includes a 3% processing fee and 7% for blocking the calendar.
