Guest Access:
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled.
● Parking for 2 vehicles
● Anyone 5 years of age and older must register with the community
● Guests receive seasonal access to community amenities:
-Summer: Golf Club (must book in advance), Tennis Club, Lake/Beach, Pool Club, Clubhouse dining room (call for reservations)
Pool - opens mid June 2024
-Winter: Clubhouse dining room (call for reservations)

Early check in and late check out may be accommodated with a $50 fee each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

We would like to note that there are ongoing construction taking place in the vicinity of our neighborhood. While we strive to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we want to inform you that these construction activities may be occurring during your stay

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, car.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.

Guests must be at least 25 years old and are REQUIRED to register with Pinecrest Lake.
● $75 mandatory late registration fee (for registrations received later than 3 days before check-in) - this will be collected separately through the booking platform for late registrations or last-minute bookings.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($30) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

AMENITY SCHEDULE 2024:
June 22 to Sept 1 - Pool & Lake opening
April 27 - Golf course opening
Sometime in June - Other amenities like tennis & pickleball

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES
- We have cameras in the front and rear of the house, all on the exterior. The Ring doorbell camera at the front entry door can be used to contact us if needed.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
