Ein Urlaub am Meer kann nicht besser als dieses !! Sie wohnen hier direkt am Strand - mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und den Indian River State Park und Naturschutzgebiet. Am Abend lassen Sie das Meer den Schlaf wiegen und am Morgen genießen Sie Ihr Java von einer von vier Ozean Decks des Hauses, während Sie die Delphine spielen.

Die Besitzer sind stolz darauf, ihre Gäste mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, modern eingerichtet, neu renovierte Bäder, Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 (beide am Tisch und Familienzimmer) und ausreichend Liegestühle. Unser Haus verfügt über eine einzigartige 2-Zonen-Klimaanlage, so dass ALLE 3 Ebenen für maximalen Komfort kühl bleiben. Wir bieten alles, was Sie Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen!

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Parkplätze für 2 Autos im Carport, eine Außendusche, ein Grill und ein Waschraum mit Fahrradkeller. Unsere Gemeinschaft Tennis / Pickleball Gerichte, Spielplatz und überdachter Pavillon für BBQs und Picknicks befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus.

Der erste Stock verfügt über ein Deck (bayside) mit Tisch / Stühlen und Liegen. Der erste Stock verfügt über einen großen Speisesaal, 1/2 Bad, Küche und Familienzimmer (voll mit Bücher, Spiele, Puzzles, DVDs und Königin Schlafsofa ausgestattet). Dine-in auf der abgeschirmten Veranda direkt am Meer oder genießen Sie eine Krabbe Fest auf der großen Picknick-Tisch am Meer Deck. Entspannen Sie in den Adirondack Stühle in unserem eigenen Hinterhof - die buchstäblich ist Teil des Strandes!

Die zweite Etage bietet einen großen Meer Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein Full-Size-Krippe und einem abgeschirmten Veranda mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sofa. Quer durch die Halle, befindet sich ein weiterer großer Raum, der von einem Akkordeon Wandteiler getrennt werden können, zu finden - die linke Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett und das Recht Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (die zu einem Doppelbett gemacht werden können). Eine neue, renovierte Badezimmer ist auf der zweiten Etage.

Auf der oberen Ebene bietet das Elternschlafzimmer mit Bad absolute Privatsphäre in einem geräumigen Zimmer mit einer schönen gewölbten Decke mit Holzbalken, Dachfenster, gemütliche Lesesessel und ein Meer Deck mit Stühlen, Liegestühlen und Tischen ausgestattet. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer Meer Deck ist nicht zu schlagen!

Beautiful townhome !! Steps from the beach

The unit was very homey, with a beach cottage vibe. I loved all the back deck and screened in porch area as we ate dinner and had crabs while enjoying the view. The house has everything you would need for a vacation from kitchen items, beach items and plenty of beds.The location was awesome as you are at the very end of Bethany beach with private beach access for the community only , so it was overly crowded. The house is maybe 100-200 feet from the ocean so very easy to be able to walk back up to the house through out the day. We will be back !!

Perfect beach week with family

Everything about our stay was incredible. The view is literally breathtaking the moment you walk in the door. Janice’s home is comfortable, clean, and well outfitted with everything you could want for a beach getaway. We loved the dual zone air conditioning when it was time to escape the heat. Nothing beats watching dolphins from the family room though! One small thing to note—the stairs have an open side when going up to the second floor. With two young toddlers it was a little nerve wracking at first, but they got used to it quickly. We’d love to rent here again in the future!

My husband and I learned from my brother who rented a house on the same street that we paid excessive fees and hope there is a return of money as the house was left in excellent condition. Disappointingly there was no laundry soap or dishwasher tablets which we have found in abundance at other rentals. Problems with the house were quickly resolved by the handyman.

Family-friendly beachfront haven

Janice’s home is spectacular! The beachfront location can’t be beat! The check in process was easy, and Janice was very responsive to our questions. We traveled with grandparents, a child, and an infant (6 total people) and were very comfortable. It was very helpful to have a crib and highchair for the infant; the crib and mattress are modern and safe. The highchair doesn’t have a tray, so next time I’d bring a placemat for the table. The beds are very comfortable; be sure to bring sheets and towels, but pillows are available. The kitchen has a great coffee pot and everything needed to make meals. Some things that we were glad we brought along: coffee filters, foil, condiments, hand and dish towels. The beach chair selection on the premises is huge; we really didn’t need to bring any. There are also beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a few boogie boards. The beach itself is lovely with glorious sunrises and dolphins sighted frequently. Needless to say, we hope to return for future vacations!

Great location, comfy home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Tower Shores condo. Pictures online depicted property perfectly with only exception being that the 3rd and 4th bedroom are really connected only by an accordion wall, yet they each have a door and window. Luckily, our host prepared us for this by phone prior to our stay so there weren’t any surprises and it actually worked well for our little ones. It’s a very nice location on a quiet beach, close to both Bethany Beach and Rehoboth boardwalks for shopping and restaurants within approx 20 min. So nice being able to walk right out back door everyday and be on the beach in minutes. Cooling system kept even top 3rd floor very comfortable. Frig and appliances could use some updating, but worked well enough for our family of 7. Thank you for sharing your cozy beach house!

Great week at the beach

The location is great. We enjoyed using all of the outdoor spaces. We had dinner at the picnic table, the table in the screened-in porch, and the table in front to watch the sunset. I watched the sunrise from the screened-in porch on the second floor while my friends were still sleeping.

Steps from the Beach.... literally......

I was lucky to have found this gem of a home for a last minute getaway in September! The owners were A-1 to deal with from the start, and the call to "touch base" after arrival was greatly appreciated! The positives of the property are endless- but here's a few key highlights! 1. Location- just South of Indian River Inlet and not quite in Bethany proper equals fewer crowds and quiet! The property is literally 25-35 steps from the beach (depending on your stride) and that's measuring from the door at the porch! No hauling coolers down to your spot for a day at the beach- it's easy access to the home to pop in to use the restroom, or grab a snack! 2. Space- wonderful indoor & outdoor spaces! 3 levels of ocean front decks and 1 level of bay side. Bedrooms are spacious as well! Well appointed and great layout! I highly recommend this property! We can't wait to visit with our children next summer!

Can't imagine a more beautiful stay in Bethany

We have rented this townhouse every summer for 10 years. Our family just loves it. The owners are wonderful to work with--so responsive and they attend to every detail. The beach house is lovely. The neighbors are fantastic. Right on the beach and close to the State Seashore--we walked with the kids every night. Across the street are tennis courts and a playground. This is just the perfect beach house.

Awesome Family Vacation

We stayed with another family (4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 10). The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone! Beach-wise you cannot beat it. Being able to walk off the back deck onto the private beach was perfect (everyone on the beach was family friendly and we didn't have to fight the crowds like Ocean City). The owner called after the first couple of days to make sure we had everything we needed- that was very comforting! We highly recommend this rental to anyone with kids or just want a relaxing get a way right on the beach!

A wonderful experience!

We spent a wonderful week here! Two couples with children ranging in age from 2-9 and we were quite comfortable. Very well maintained and fully functional kitchen made our stay an easy one. Things we loved most-back deck, ocean views, screened in porches, beach as a backyard, ammenities like beach toys/chairs, games...Wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again!!

Perfect Family Vacation

What a stunning home! Our family enjoyed every minute in this perfect beachside gettaway. Our two young children enjoyed walking out the back door and right onto the beach which is only steps away from the spacious back patio. The master suite was huge, private and had gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The house exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to go back!

Can't imagine staying anywhere else

This is our fourth year staying at this beautiful home away from home. The owners are incredibly lovely to work with, and their home is meticulously cared for and cozy. Our children adore their week at the house with the beach as a front yard and a playground in the back yard. There's nothing as relaxing as sitting on one of the many decks in the early morning or evening hours, watching dolphins swim by and the waves roll in. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.

Dream rental!

We rented this property for 2 families with kids ranging from 2-9. It was amazing! This place is right on the beach! The kids loved playing in the back yard-which was the beach! The beach is beautiful! And we really did see dolphins! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This was our second year renting this property and I highly recommend it. The oceanfront townhome with a private walkway to the beach is perfect for those who want to quickly return home from the beach for a snack, restroom, or just to get out of the sun. The house is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need and more. We enjoyed the recently upgraded flat screen television and stand-up shower on the deck. There are nice walking and biking lanes on Coastal Hwy just off the property, so bring your bikes. Sunshine Crepes near the boardwalk are a treat and Grotto Pizza was a hit with the kids.

You can't get any better than this; front and center of the Atlantic Ocean at its best!!! The owners have gone above and beyond in regard to updating, comfort and aesthetics.
