A minimalist two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a listed building (however, an elevator has been fitted in!), Pianellari 7 is a convenient, cozy, charming solution for a small family or two couples traveling together and wanting to stay in the very center of Rome.

A kitchenette will allow you to put together some quick meals or a hearty breakfast. The one bathroom has a shower, and a washing machine (no drying capabilities) is also available.

Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests.

Wonderful antique apartment in the heart of Rome

The apartment made our stay in Rome perfect. If you want to get a vibe of the old city during your stay this is the place to pick. Not sure why it is described "minimalist" it is beautifully and very tastefully furnished. The old building shows you what it could be like to live in Rome. It is spacious and has all the features one needs. The apartment is about as central as it gets, all the attractions are in walking distance. Referring to another review, at no time did we feel unsafe going to the apartment or staying there. We are in our 50th. The place is only a block away from the main streets with restaurants downstairs and around the corner, there is a few other vacation apartments in the building and the door is safe.

Great Stay in the Heart of Rome

The unit was exactly as advertised, Very spacious and very clean. Simple but charming. We had no issues with the lighting as mentioned in previous review. The elevator worked great. Bring electric socket adapters if you are coming from the USA. The hosts were very responsive to all our requests. Tomas was great. He met us at the unit and explained in detail everything about the unit and the area. He arranged for a van to pick us up and take us to the airport since we could not fit all our luggage in one Taxi. Sara was very helpful and responsive to all our requests and question on WhatsApp. The unit had a couple of electrical outlets that were loose but operational. I am sure that they would have secured them if we asked. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Within a 5 to 15 minute walk to most of the attractions. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Rome.

Perfect Apartment in the Best Location

We loved this property, which was perfect for two adults and two kids. The location was central to everything and extremely comfortable. The elevator worked great for trips up with our luggage or after long days of walking. As our visit was on some very hot 100-degree F days in Rome, the air condition was wonderful and worked well. Any questions were promptly answered by the host. We will be back and highly recommend this apartment to others!

Apartment great- building apt was in- not so great.

I’ll be the first to admit, age may make a difference. We are only the 3rd review. I think the other two were by guests 30 and younger, we are in our 60’s. While the apartment was as the pictures showed, simple but nice, the apartment ‘ building’ felt unloved and a bit dicey to enter and exit. We were on the 4th floor. Every floor only had one very dim light, 3rd floor the lights were completely burned out, it was not a good feeling to exit or enter at night in that darkness. Being cost efficient and being plain cheap are totally different! Both the front wooden door and the front iron gate were constantly left open for any and everyone off the streets to enter. There were only a few apt’s in the whole building that were occupied and for sure no HOA type of maintenance done in years. The building has the potential to be wonderful, but right now, at this stage, I can not suggest a stay thereat least for others over 30. Owner nor current managers are reinvesting any monies back into what could be a lovely building.

Amazing stay in Historical Center of Rome

This apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Rome. It is in a walking distance to most historical sites, restaurants, churches, and Vatican. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. There is a lift in the building which is a big help for those who cannot use the stairs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment in an Amazing location

We loved everything about the apartment! Flavio met us and was super friendly and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! We’d love to stay here again when back in Rome!
