Custom designed 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom coastal home in historic Beaufort SC with all the Southern Charm you would expect when visiting our quaint town.

Minutes from downtown Beaufort, USMC base and the historic waterfront park, this is the perfect spot to get away and enjoy some family/friend time, rest, and relaxation.

Relaxing stay in beautiful clean home!

The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. In a quiet neighborhood near Beaufort. Very comfortable for the 3 of us. Had coffee on the screened in porch every morning! Host was very communicative.

So cute & quiet

This house was perfect! It was so cute and in a quiet neighborhood. They had more accomodations than most we’ve stayed at & it was awesome! It is an older house, so if you don’t like creaky floors, it’s not for you. That would never deter us though as it was so clean and well decorated. There’s a hammock, swing, bikes, screened in porch, laundry pods, q tips, makeup wipes, creamer, and so much more. The owner’s communication is 10 stars! Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Family vacation

The property was exactly as we expected. Lovely inside and out. Wonderful screened porch, perfect for wine and reading. Lots of outdoor space too. Only downside was only one shower, so had to split into some took morning showers others took night. Other than that it was perfect for our family of five. Beds were heavenly and kitchen was a cooks dream. Side note: hospital is just few blocks away; I ended up there with a sprained elbow and cracked outer calf bone. Completely my own fault, nothing to do with property but was convenient to hospital and they were super nice and referred me to Orthopedic back home. The best seafood restaurant was Dockside, it was so delicious and just everyone we came in contact with on whole trip was just super warm and inviting. We plan on returning when I’m able to get around again, so much more I want to explore. Thanks for the hospitality!

The house was just the right size for our group and well maintained. We enjoyed the screened porch and firepit. Lots of amenities- park pass provided for Hunting Island S.P. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Terrific location!

We picked Beaufort to stay in so we could explore the area and take day trips to Savannah and Charleston. Beaufort is a charming town with a lovely slower pace.The house has thoughtfully been decorated. It has a nice big fenced in yard. The neighborhood is more than safe and quiet. Most of the surrounding houses were families with kids. We booked the house a couple of weeks before we arrived. Communication with the owner was a bit odd. We received a goodbye letter before we arrived. We never got a welcome letter. I searched VRBO for only pet friendly houses and I missed a hidden dropped down description that the owner has to be contacted and the dog must be approved. Our first day there the owner contacted us for payment of 150 for our Yorkie. It was unsettling that the owner figured out we had a dog by the property’s outside camera? Again, I clearly declared we had a dog when I made the reservation. I thought my final VRBO price included the pet fee.Our only concern we had with the house was it is a musty house. I had to wash everything I brought home, even our luggage. Our stay was in January so the furnace was running when we were there. None of the windows have screens to open the windows when the weather is nicer.

Great place

The host went above and beyond with the Christmas decor, from the decorations in the front yard, to the music playing when my family walked in. Great selection of board games that kept the kids entertained for hours. Very clean and well stocked with amenities.

Home away from home

We could not have found a better place to stay while attending graduation at Paris Island! The home is clean, was the perfect size for myself, my daughter, son-in-law and two toddler grandchildren. The amenities are generous, the kitchen well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the house has a nice enclosed porch and. beautiful backyard ! Gorgeous home!

My children and I stayed at Linda's home for my son's graduation from Parris Island. We were extremely pleased with this property- felt like being at home. Beautifully decorated, close to Parris Island (10 minute drive) as well as downtown Beaufort, Port Royal and Savannah and Charleston- we were able to see a lot in our short stay. Linda was great- quickly responded to any questions or anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Belle of Beaufort

We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful cottage! Linda was amazing to work with in setting up our stay. The information was so well organized. The beds were very comfortable and we all had good sleep while being there. We also appreciated the water pressure.in the shower. We were here for a busy couple of days seeing our marine graduate. For our first son's graduation from Parris Island, we stayed at a hotel. This time, with he and his wife joining us for his brother's graduation, we wanted something more conducive to visiting. Convenient Beaufort Escape

We wanted a place that fit us all comfortably and had a great kitchen for our (constant) use and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect for accessing the Spanish Moss Trail. We appreciated access to bikes for recreation, the washer/dryer for our clothing and the vacuum cleaner for all the sand we kept inadvertently tracking in from our time at the beaches. Linda was very responsive to the few issues that came up, and communicated about anything that came up with plenty of time for us to plan around. Overall, we had a great stay that Linda helped make possible.

Awesome house!

Lasting memories

We were lucky enough to stay in this lovely house for 8 weeks. During that time we came to love Beaufort, the local residents and this home. It is very close to the Spanish Moss Trail so we became regulars walking our dog, jogging and riding bikes. We were determined not to eat out too much. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, spices, space, etc to make that possible. (Make sure you check out Linda's cookbook for some amazing recipes!). The beds were comfy and the living room is set up for relaxation and evening TV watching. Thank you Linda!
