Enjoy a memorable stay with friends and family in the open great space that offers lots of natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows so you can always capture a view of Salt Lake. The decor and furnishings in the living room are comfortable and contemporary. The living room features comfortable leather furniture. Cook your favorite meals like you never left home in the exquisitely designed kitchen with all the necessary appliances. During the evenings, challenge each other to a game on the vintage arcade system or whip up a sweet snack in the secondary kitchen. This kitchen features a gas stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Only minutes away, downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water.

Very nice house cozy, comfy house and a very good location. People are friendly as far as neighbo...

I love the fact that there is a dock to just kind of fiddle around with the family swings for the kids. A lot of amenities to use while you’re there very convenient as far as washing your clothes everything in the housework proper as it should.

Fantastic place to stay

We loved the views. We enjoyed the complimentary kayaking. This is an extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The backyard faces straight out the canal, and the front yard faces the bay. Huge balconies on both sides. The sunsets were breathtaking. Far enough from town to enjoy being surrounded by nature, and close enough to make a quick trip for groceries. The house was well stocked. All appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen island was large enough for our party of ten to gather around. The living room furniture was very comfortable. Great A/C, instant hot water. The beds, bedding, linens and towels were hotel quality. We really appreciated that. There were extra blankets and pillows. Stocked with plenty of toiletries, bathroom tissue, laundry detergent , dishwasher detergent , dish liquid, hand soap. We didn’t run out of anything. The house has a great deal of character. The photos don’t capture all the beauty and attention to detail. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views front and back

Our family loved our weekend here at this eclectic home. We enjoyed sunset dinners on the huge outdoor table over looking the bay. Caught a variety of fish in the canal and enjoyed taking the kayaks out into Salt Lake.

Beautiful House (management company sucks)

Let me start with this. First, make no mistake about it that this is a beautiful home! However, the management company SUCKS! THEY ARE HORRIBLE and the owners need to get rid of them. I asked for an early check in since we were driving in from San Antonio and we really wanted a 2pm check in instead of the normal 4 pm which I feel is ridiculous! The management company stated that if it were possible I would get an email the day before to let us know....well I did receive an email an hour or 2 prior to our arrival at 245 pm stating we could check in at 3pm......LUCKY US! We had problems getting in as the lock was not working so had to call the management company. Then once in checking things, the house had been closed up and was very stuffy in there.....then the fan in the downstairs bedroom was not working and had to call the management company about that, and they ended up bring out a floor fan. We ended up getting the fan to work, you have to use the remote to operate it . The coffee pot was dirty, some cooking utensils were not cleaned very well, the plants were dying in the house so we gave them water. The next day the keypad did not work and again had to call the management company to try to get in. Finally got in and later that evening I had learned that the master bath shower was not working well as the water heads were clogged but one more night and we were leaving. (again this house is beautiful). Then today on check out I was informed that the master bath shower water would not shut off! Ended up calling the management company again but not once but twice! Also the guest bath upstairs I was told today that the shower heads were clogged on that as well! The picture's show what I believed was a Bar B Q grill on the deck, NOT! That is a picture of a Blackstone Griddle that you CANNOT use! The grill is a charcoal grill in the garage. That is just deceiving with that picture. No hairdryers in the house even though it says there is. I really want the owners of the house to contact me to discuss the issues at hand. I did tell the management company that this needs to be resolved or I will disputed all charges on the credit card and will win. Again the house is beautiful but many issues that need to be taken care of that I believe the owners do not know anything about them. So again, I am hoping that the owners contact me directly
