What our guests don't love about our listing:
- No A/C so it may be warm during the summer.
-The surrounding areas is being developed, however it's currently a mix of old and new buildings.
- It's a multi-unit condo building so noise can travel through the walls as well as the heating/circulation system.
- The underground garage door makes noise opening and closing.
- Entering the underground garage is a little tight.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 Guests! The master bedroom features a king bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room.

All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and wellbeing.

Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea and coffee during your stay!

The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at your own home because all the accustom amenities are at your fingertips.

The building has a free secure underground parking garage a designated stall for your unit. Additional free parking is available on site and on the street. Uber, Taxis are available. 5 minute drive to Downtown Edmonton. Whether you are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber, Edmonton has it all and you will have access to anything you need to get you to where you need to go.

You have full and total access to the suite during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Downtown.
Other things to note
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

The building has cameras in the commons spaces (lobby, hallway, elevator, underground parking garage etc) and the exterior of the building. All cameras record to the cloud 24/7, for security purposes.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Great apartment. Bad area and very bad neighbours

Booked for 4 nights. Stayed 2. First night neighbours had a domestic and were high and drinking and cops called by other neighbours at 4 in the morning after a fight broke out Second night same neighbours in apartment 304 directly next to this one had loud music playing til 6am and cops called again

Issues with Booking and Communication

I was very pleased with this property, however the booking came as a result of my original property being somehow double-booked! Which I leaned as I was a half an hour away. As a result, I had to scramble to find a place, which was now a 30 minute walk from my conference instead of the 10 I had originally booked. One very concerning issue with the booking: every time I tried to communicate with the host, the Vrbo website said "page not found". As a result, i was never able to reply to my host, likely very much to their annoyance. I was so lucky to have provided my mobile number to the first host, otherwise I would never have learned that it was double booked. I think when taking my booking, Vrbo should also ask for a mobile number to ensure two way communication; as I said, all of the e-mails from my host were IMPOSSIBLE to respond to.

We had an incredible experience at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet tucked away for a peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the very cozy bedroom.

Excellent Stay

Place was easy to find, perfect distance to Rogers Place where we were for 3 days. Instructions were easy to follow. Place had everything we needed for a family staying a week. Area was quiet. Loved the underground parking! We will definitely look at staying here again!

Wonderful Stay

Very convenient, smooth check in and out. Have everything you need. Comfy beds. Clean. The host responded quickly to our messages. The only issue was it was hot during those days of hot weather. The renter offered portable AC but we declined as there were no suitable outlet. There are built in as well as portable fans.
