20 Minutes away from Disney. The family will love the Townhouse Resort's lazy river, jacuzzi, and pool. Enjoy the ice cream shop and relax by the bar. Chill poolside while kids are at the arcade. King-size bed, and 4 twin beds. Publix Supermarket is 2 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants within driving distance.

REGAL PALMS RESORT CHARGES A RESORT FEE OF $20 (plus tax) PER DAY, per family, not per person, FOR USE OF THE ONSITE FACILITIES.

The open-plan living space comprises a lounge and dining area. The lounge has two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors out to the patio with seating. The dining area has a table and chairs set for six.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, etc.

Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin rooms.

This property has a private double driveway, central air conditioning throughout the entire home, and free Wifi.

Great location

Pros: The property was well located to the theme parks , with easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. The resort pool area was great; we were happy it was open late for evening swims after a long day out. The property manager was very responsive, friendly and with clear communication. Cons: it could use a deep clean - i.e. there were some stains on the carpets, ceiling fans were dusty and there was garbage left outside on our deck area. Overall, would stay here again . We enjoyed the property and our visit .

Great place

Everything was great. Publix is nearby on the same street and the lazy river and everything was great. Walking distance it’s a good 10 mins but not too far unless you don’t enjoy walking. Thank you so much.

Delightful

It was nice. It's just not very handicap accessible. We were looking forward to pulling out the couch because going upstairs it is difficult. But other than that I would have to say it was nice that all the appliances worked and there's TVs in every room.

You get what you pay for

We knew we had booked a cheap unit based on budget but we should have spent the extra $100 and got an updated unit. The host was very good a communication but I think the unit needs help! We had to reach out to them at 4-5 times too many when on vacation. We checked in late after a 13 hours drive and it was 76° in the house and there was a note that said it couldn’t go below 75°. Not ok. Thankfully I reached out and he allowed us to lower it. That night and the last 3 days we were there is was 80° it was cooler outside! Also there was a cockroach… huge in the kitchen and it was just shrugged off oh they usually don’t make it after the cleaning… Then we got attacked by hornets nest. We had to go out and buy spray to kill them.. over 8 nest and 100’s of hornets later. Then the dryer stopped working.. someone came to fix it. It’s just dated… the carpets are dirty, the bed is hard, the couch springs are broken… just a bunch of things to keep in mind. Might be worth spending a little extra. The host did say he was going to look at the ac. It’s a long review and I usually don’t do this but it was just too many things that happened during our time there.

Roomy, clean, very nice!

Check in was a breeze, the place was very clean and roomy. Great property and location. Also the host was very responsive - they usually answered my questions within a few minutes or even a minute. Would highly recommend!

Great location!!

The place was as described. Rooms are large for the 4 people that went in our party. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to cook. Check in and out was very easy. The community pool area is perfect for a family with smaller children or teenagers. Very close to grocery store, a few restaurants and major roads. I would definitely book this location again.
