The space
Our studio suite is fully equipped with all you’d need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig for fresh coffee. Our High speed WiFi can be used with the Smart Roku TV including apps like Hulu, Prime, and Netflix to name a few! Enjoy the freedom of signing in using your login credentials to watch all your favorite shows! The location couldn’t get any better being only 5 Miles from Uptown and the CLT City Center. Long Term Stays Welcome!

Standard toiletries are provided including bathroom tissue, body wash, and hand soap to use at your leisure. Two Beach towels are also provided for use at the pool.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to all amenities on site and inside of unit. This includes the pool, fire pit area, gym, and lounge.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. You may be asked to provide ID upon booking. You must be 21+ or older to book. Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed anywhere on the premises. (This is strictly enforced). This is a non-smoking property, absolutely no smoking of any sorts allowed anywhere on the premises. If there are findings of such activity, security and local authorities have been authorized to escort the guest from the property ,remaining dates of your stay will be cancelled and are non-refundable.
