Wonderful!

The home was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and, while we didn’t have any issues, the host was very responsive. Our group of 14 (2 adults/12 students) enjoyed everything about the property. The students loved the game room style basement, hot tub, basketball goal in the driveway, and the big yard. We adults loved the large kitchen and the 6-burner gas stove, double ovens, and warming drawer. The neighborhood was beautiful for a quiet morning run. The primary bathroom’s rain shower and the hot tub was a real treat after hiking all day! Location - we easily visited Manitou Springs Incline, Seven Bridges Trail, Monument Rock, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Compassion International Headquarters, and the Care & Share Food Bank. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun trip!

Our family just wanted a place to get together and share time and this was perfect! We probably should have stayed closer to activities but all in all a beautiful home and great place to call home for a few days!We got to experience wind and a March blizzard! The kids made snow cones out of dirty snow. What more could you ask for

Amazing property

This place was over-the-top incredible! From the kindness of the owners and answering a few questions to the immaculate home….plenty of items for cooking if needed, more than enough rooms and bathroom space, hot tub and theatre room. Parent Weekend House

We greatly enjoyed the house during Parent Weekend for the Air Force Academy. While out in the country, getting to North Gate was an easy drive. The amenities were great, particularly the fire pits and hot tub. Plenty of room, and with three King beds, the perfect house for several couples with children. The host was the best we've had through VRBO. She was very attentive with our questions and requests.

Great Colorado getaway

Three families were able to meet for rafting and so much more. The theater room was a big hit for the teenagers while the adults were able to enjoy the fire pit on the deck and a couple of movies on the upstairs screen. The hot tub was enjoyable for a relaxing evening after a day out with activities. The kitchen and dining table were perfect for our group to be able to come together for a meal every evening.

We had the best experience staying here. The owners were very accommodating and great communicators. Their beautiful home was very spacious for 12 people (2 families of 5 and 1 family of 2). It had a gorgeous view of the mountains and sat on a very spacious lot. Highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful property in a great, country location and still just minutes away from everything you might need or want. The house was so great for our group of 12 ladies, The house had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The house had amazing views; the hot tub was a big plus for relaxation. Amazing Views, Gorgeous Home, Wonderful Host!

This home was so perfect for our two families! The kitchen was a wonderful place to cook meals, the beds were wonderful and comfy, and there was so much to do just at the house, the kids were never bored. The first night, we put the football game on the giant screen in the theater in the basement, and the kids played in the hot tub. Throughput our stay, they played pool, they slid down the snowy hills around the house, and they just had a blast. We drove up to Fraser and went snow tubing and had a blast, shopped in Colorado Springs, and just had a great trip. Michelle is amazing. She text me from her personal phone and was super responsive any time I had a question. Would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

Family Vacation

The house was very nice just like the pictures portray and in a great area. There is enough distance between houses we never heard anyone else. Manager was exceptional in response to inquiries. The younger kids really enjoyed the hot tub and theatre; adults loved the fire pits. Kitchen/dining area is great for a large group. The views are beautiful including a view of Pike's Peak. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home in a great location

We loved our stay here. The beds were very comfortable and plentiful. We wanted to enjoy the outdoor firepit/heaters/patio more but the weather didn't cooperate with us. We weren't sure if it was just the location or not but it seemed to be consistently windy here. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any large family looking to stay in the Colorado Springs area.

We had a fantastic time! The house is amazing and had everything we needed and more. There were toys and games for the kids and adults to play. The owners are the best to work with.. Excellent house

We stayed for a week for softball tournaments and we were not disappointed at all. This house is absolutely perfect for any vacation. Everything was clean and the hosts were amazing! The home had everything you could ever think of and plenty to do . After long nights and early mornings at the softball field coming back to this home every night was perfect and relaxing. Our family took tremendous pride in building this home ourselves. Once our youngest was out of high school she headed off to college and our oldest finished college and headed off to work, we embraced an opportunity, packed our bags and moved to Hawaii. We are working here for a few short years but want to return to our Colorado home someday. In the meanwhile, we are excited to share our little slice of heaven with you. We know you will find it tremendously comfortable and full of enjoyable upgrades around every corner. Come check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Our home has been the source of love and laughter for many years. We picked this lot over a decade ago because we were looking for horse property for our kids. With over 5 acre lots, each home offers privacy and serenity of country living. Years ago, we were far away from almost everything, but now new restaurants, bars, entertainment, grocery stores, and boutiques are being built so fast it is hard to keep up with all the options a short distance away. Northgate area offers tons of fun with the new Ford Amphitheater concert venue just down the road from us but far away, so you won’t hear the music, keeping you awake at night. In the exact location, you can play Top Golf, Indoor Sky Diving, Indoor Go Carts, Magnum Shooting Range, and shop for hours at ProBass.

You can send the kids to play basketball, bocce ball, corn hole, and toss around the football. If we get some Colorado Snow, you can even sled down a crazy fast sledding hill in the backyard. If they want to stay inside, there is a vast selection of adult and children's books and games. The downstairs is a joy for all! Find a massive home theater screen and outstanding surround sound for your favorite movies, or bring out your competitive side with an 8’ pool table and Ping Pong.
