You will have access to the entire home except the supply closet in the master bedroom. You also have access to the two car garage.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee - please inquire.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

1. Only registered overnight guests are allowed at the property at all times. Please reach out for prior approval if you would like to have any additional guests or vendors (ex. private chef) at the property during your stay.
2. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside the property. If violated, there is a minimum charge of $2000 for deodorization.
3. This property is located in a high fire danger area. No wood burning firepits, candles, or open flames are allowed on the property.
4. No firearms allowed on the property
5. No events or gatherings allowed
6. Do not unplug or tamper with electronic devices
7. Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests (including children and infants)
8. Do not move furnishings and decor
9. The fireplace is to be used with wood pellets only
10. Must be over 21 years of age to book this property
11. Pets (Dogs Only) allowed with prior registration and $150 pet fee. $500 Fee for unregistered pets on the property.
