* Please take into consideration that the road to the property is not paved. A car is a must to visit the region and a 4x4 is highly recommended during raining season (Jul - Nov)
* Bear in mind that this property has a maximum capacity of 14 Adults. Any extra person will result in a 50 USD fee per day per person and is subject to the property's discretion; this needs to be notified before arrival.
