The Space:
This charming condo provides unbeatable access to all that Park City has to offer, from the Park City Mountain Resort to the historic Main Street and Old Town districts and world-class lodges and eateries. From here, you can walk to the resort base, follow the foot path along the creek and make the 15-minute stroll to town or enjoy the spacious City Park, with its sports fields and skate park located just behind the building. The City Park bus stop is right outside your door, making it easy to hop on a Park City transit bus.
Wherever your adventures take you, this condo makes for the perfect place to relax and rest up with its two cozy bedrooms, open-concept living, kitchen and dining areas and shared hot tub on the patio.
Enter in and make your way upstairs into the inviting living area where you will find three plush armchairs, a roomy couch, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. End tables and lamps placed throughout the space create a cozy ambience and different seating areas, so you and your loved ones will have ample space to take in a show or warm up by the fire.
Here you can also access the private balcony with seats for two where you can enjoy lovely mountain views as you unwind and plan your next excursion.
Down the hall from the living room, you will find the kitchen and dining area. These spaces are adjacent to each other, making for easy movement from stove to table. The dining area features a dining table with seating for six, chandelier lighting and access to the back deck, where you will find patio seating should you choose to dine outdoors. The shared patio space also features a spacious hot tub that can accommodate as many as 12.
Back inside, you will find the kitchen next to the dining space comes complete with everything you may need to whip up a meal or snack, including a microwave, blender, toaster and tea kettle. You will also enjoy nature views thanks to an over-the-sink window.
In the hallway between the kitchen/dining room and living room, there is an updated full bathroom complete with a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled, walk-in shower with a modern glass door.
When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, head upstairs to find two bedrooms await. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private patio and shared deck with a hot tub that can seat up to 12. There are also designated parking spaces for two vehicles in the parking garage under the building.

This home is also steps from the City Park stop of the FREE Park City Transit bus system, which connects you to multiple lines that span all of Park City so that you can get to just about anywhere free of charge, including nearby Deer Valley Resort.
