This beach house has a great open floor plan with over 1,700 square feet of living space plus a built in bunk room and large yard and driveway for ample parking.
KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, along with all of the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation.
LAUNDRY: There is a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.
LIVING & DINING ROOM:
Plenty of seating with an expandable dining table, bar stools, couches, and a rocking chair.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King size bed upstairs in the master bedroom with a private balcony and 43” Amazon Fire TV.

Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds and 2 twin bunk lofts with a 43” Amazon fire TV.
BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: Master bathroom, upstairs off of the master bedroom newly renovated standing shower and 2 separate sinks to get ready.

BEACH: The Ed Walline Beach Access is the closest Santa Rosa Beach public beach access just 1mile from the house! It is a quick 2 minute drive, 2 minute golf cart ride, 10 minute bike ride, or 20 minute walk on the paved walking/biking path directly to the beach.
Ed Walline Beach Access has parking, bathrooms, picnic benches, trash cans, grills, a place to lock bikes, and is handicap accessible.
POOL: We have an incredible 3 tier “vegas-style” neighborhood pool just 1 minute from the house with lots of lounge chairs and seating to soak up the sun.

FAQ:
-Do renters have garage access? No. The garage is for owners use only.
-Is the beach house in a gated community? Yes. It is in a gated community
-Is the pool open year round? Yes. Pool and deck are open year round from 8am-10pm and can be accessed with pool key fob
-Is the pool heated and does it have a hot tub? No. Pool is unheated and temperature is usually set to 58 degrees and there is no hot tub
-Is a golf cart included? No. However, it is a golf cart friendly neighborhood and there are lots of golf cart rental companies in the area.
-Do you give refunds for inclement weather? No. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
VRBO handles all payments.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
