Luxuriously designed by the renowned Kate Marker of Kate Marker Interiors, Petite Palm is nestled in the charming Magnolia Dune community of Seagrove. This exquisite 5-bedroom vacation home embodies 30A's signature curated casual aesthetic, from the custom kitchen to the meticulously chosen details and finishes throughout.
Offering the perfect blend of beauty and comfort in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Petite Palm features four elegant adult bedrooms (three with king beds, one with a queen) and a bonus bunk room, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is a unique retreat, boasting vaulted ceilings for added drama and wall-mounted TVs, including in the bunk room.
The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, with marble backsplash and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a commercial-size refrigerator/freezer combo. The open concept layout includes ample island and dining table seating, extending to a screened porch for alfresco dining. Three additional porches offer inviting spaces to relax, with a delightful double porch swing and an outdoor shower for added convenience.
Guests can explore the area with four included adult bikes and enjoy the nearby community pool just a door down. With two beach access points right across the street, Petite Palm is the perfect coastal getaway.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottage's realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities:
~ Community Pool (Will be heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas and the month of March for Spring Break. The pool heating is controlled by the HOA.)
~ Community Beach Access; Two public accesses (Beachwood Villas Beach Access & One Seagrove Place Beach Access) only 0.2 mile from the home, a short 3-4 minute walk. These are pedestrian accesses only via foot/bike, no parking areas available. Beach setup reservations are limited to certain locations along 30A, but you can also reserve beach gear to take back and forth from the home if setups are not available at your desired access location. The closest beach access with a parking area is the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, only a 3 minute drive from the home.
Golf Cart:
Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts, or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.
Parking:
Petite Palm has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the driveway. Per the HOA, street parking is not allowed within the community. No house trailers, modular structures or travel trailers are permitted within in the community.
Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
