The condo is in the perfect spot...walking distance to Peg Leg's. It was a little out dated and that I can handle, however you couldn't walk on the floor barefoot, because the your feet would be black from the dirty floors...definitely needs a deep cleaning. Otherwise our stay was great!

Location!!!!
Awesome location. Been going to Pensacola last 5 years but first time here. Good price for the location. Beautiful views. Top floor small but perfect for a couple. Only down side is truck did not fit in garage. And parking lot very very small , had to park on street coutimes.

It was an awesome place. The views were perfect. Being able to do laundry in room means you don't need to pack a ton of luggage or find a laundromat. A huge plus for us!

The cable was awful and never worked. It needs a lot of updating inside. Needs a 2nd bathroom in the master. The sheets didn’t even fit the master bedroom bed, they were too small. For what we paid to stay there we were not impressed at all. Oh and don’t forget the parking, if you have a large vehicle good luck getting in and out of the parking lot. It’s tiny

Location is great. Clean. Bigger than it looks online. Furniture, bed are uncomfortable. Appliances need updating. Everything feels cheap. TV and cable are awful, but wifi is good. Needs much better deck furniture. Got spammed by the realtor for add-ons & sales, on text all week.

We found dirty dishes and pans that was pulled out of the cabinets. Your cleaning crew needs to check the dishes, glasses and pots n pans to make sure it’s all clean. The floors were dirty…. We loved our visit to the beach

The view is wonderful! Full view of the Gulf. Easy access to the beach. Not far from the boardwalk and many activities. Small store and one of our favorite restaurants just across the road.

Not the fanciest place but that is not what I was looking for. Great location, easily convenient to walk right across to Peg Leg Pete’s or Tom Thumb; right on the trolley stop; less crowded than closer to the Y.

Great location great view
The location and the view are great. The unit itself needs updating, especially the kitchen. Pretty bare bones on furniture and kitchen stuff. Shower curtain liner was moldy. We had an issue with the tv not connecting. The management company was EXCELLENT and very responsive. It would be nice to have more than plastic chairs on the balcony, we would have spent more time out there if it was more comfortable.

Not as appears online … overpriced for quality of condo .
The arrival instructions were not descriptive and instructions were not easy, had to call to get code, but management did answer and resolved quickly . The garage door was open when we arrived and the joining garage person told us it was broken when he arrived and he had to close up / down to get it to partially stick , so that’s what we did and notified management . The condo was extremely outdated and floors and toilet not cleaned . The shower curtain has nails that look like hooks that were bent to be curtain holders and poked my husbands finger ( Just buy real shows curtain holders , so inexpensive at Walmart ! ), the AC didn’t cool master bedroom properly and has a note stating do not turn below 70° , the fan in master had dust fly all over the bed when we turned it on . The outdoors chairs were dirty , like old plastic stained you’d use in the garage for projects . The pillows were all flat and some very yellow with stains . Not a lot of pots / pans for cooking , very minimal kitchen accessories. With a little money this place could really do well with deep cleaning , updating little items and getting HVAC services or a new one . The view and proximity to the beach were fabulous! I’d definitely stay at the location , just not this condo .

This was a cute little condo. Fairly clean and in a great location. We watched the Blue Angels airshow from our balcony. It was a little slice of heaven. The only complaint is that the garages are so small, it is an extremely tight fit, but if you can get over tight spaces, you will love this place.

This was a great little place for the two of us. access to the beach and the views were wonderful.
It could use a few details taken care of. For example, it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. The shower curtain liner was moldy/dirty and the tables and areas throughout were dusty. It could really use some updating and get fresh paint. The slider door to the deck was broken and didn’t lock. There were a couple dishcloths but no kitchen towels. Overall for the three days we were there it was comfortable and a beautiful setting.

25th Anniversary Trip
We loved loved this stay. The view and location on the beach is perfect. Did have a problem with the light not turning off in the master bedroom and they sent someone right over to fix it first thing in the morning. I would book it again and again.

Beautiful location and beach but unit needs serious updating.
Furniture and appointments were old and bare bones and the TV's were very old with terrible pictures. Very old furniture and other than sofa not comfortable and certainly not beach décor. $10 Deck chairs plastic and old Walmart quality. Floors around baseboards were dirty. Cabinets appear to be original to the unit 25+ years old and not in good shape. We have been owners on Pensacola Beach and have been coming to the beach every year for over 50 years and have rarely been critical but this unit could be so great with some updating especially for over $1100 for three nights. Please fix it up.
