Cabin with shared terrace and access to barbecue area and pool, overlooking the Elqui valley. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Includes full bathroom, Wifi, parking and access to sports court. Perfect to enjoy with friends or family. It is located just a few minutes from different tourist and commercial areas of La Serena, strategically 5 minutes from La Serena Airport and the town of Algarrobito, 15 minutes from the center of La Serena and 30 minutes from Vicuña and the Elqui Valley.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have written down some important considerations:
ELECTRONIC DEVICES: It is not allowed to bring electrical devices that require a lot of energy.
GARBAGE: Place garbage in the existing container in the back of the cabin. Empty bottles can be placed in the corresponding container. Ask the host.
HEATING: If required, a heater with a stove must be requested from the host. It has cost.
MATERIAL DAMAGE: You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay and must report it. We want to take care of this property for your enjoyment and that of the following visitors.
FIRE: Fire is only allowed in the outdoor grill. Candles are cozy, but don't leave them unattended.
SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the house. We have put an ashtray outside. (Fine 1 UTM)
LAUNDRY: Laundry has a cost according to load and is done in the administration house. Contact the host.
PETS:. Pets are allowed with for a value of USD 30 per pet per stay. Keep in mind that there are 3 friendly dogs inside the property to guard the facilities.
POOL: Children who do not know how to swim must be in the constant presence of their parents. Accidents for this concept will not be the responsibility of the owners.
IRRIGATION AND MAINTENANCE: The surroundings of your house will be regularly maintained by the hosts or gardeners. The pool may occasionally be under maintenance.
NOISES: Music is wonderful to listen to, but think about your surroundings and other visitors to the property. Enjoy the peace after 22hrs. The valley is magical.
