Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!
Concerned about parking?
You will have access to a parking pass that will allow you FREE PARKING on the street anywhere in zone 1B. Most of the time you can find a space either right on 6th street in front of the condo or just one block away on 3rd Ave South.
Just two flights of stairs to the top level of my quaint building, turn RIGHT and go to the 2nd door on the right. There you will find the front balcony where you can enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

With being only two blocks off Central Avenue, you can enjoy all the action Downtown St. Petersburg has to offer or spend a quiet night at the condo.
Only 5 to 10 minutes walking to all concert venues, Museums, Shopping and awesome Restaurants!
A few minutes to North Bay trail giving you access to amazing waterfront vistas and dozens of parks.
Only 20 minutes from Tampa Airport and easy access to the interstate.
Uber, Lyft, Coast bike share, The trolley or simply walk because everything is close! The city has also added scooter rentals!
There is a digital kiosk my guests will have access to that has plenty of information on things to do and places to eat. The Kiosk also includes property information and other services you can access.

Downtown St. Petersburg "The Burg" is a wonderful walking city where you will find a lot of great restaurants, plenty of art and museums as well as great entertainment! I like to call it the "Little Big City".
A Few things to remember during your stay:
Please close gates softly when entering or exiting the building.
Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.
While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity of each other so being quiet is a must.
Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
Other than that RELAX and ENJOY yourself during your stay!
KEYS AND PARKING PASS:
Your provided parking pass allows you to park free on the street in any spot within Zone 1B. This is quite a large area and you will find a map inside the condo in the welcome book along with the pass. The most convenient parking is directly in front of the building (6th st S) or just around the corner (3rd ave S) The north side of the building (2nd ave S) is not included in the pass, however you can park for 2 hours during the week or anytime on the weekends unless otherwise posted. The 30 minute spot (SE corner of 2nd St & 6th Ave S) is for loading and unloading only. All of the parking lots in the surrounding area are privately owned and are posted Tow-A-Way zones. Parking is strictly enforced so I want to make sure you have a clear understanding of the rules. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
The condo is equipped with keyless entry. You will be given a code to get in prior to your arrival. Inside the unit you will find a gate key along with a condo key for the back entrance.
A $25 replacement charge will be assessed if the keys are lost and a fee of $100 will be assessed if the parking pass is lost or not returned .
WiFi / TV:
The condo is equipped with High Speed Internet Netflix. The remote for the bedroom TV is in the night stand top drawer.
USB PORTS:
Two USB ports can be found in the living room on top of the cabinet.
A/C CONTROLS:
Please set the thermostat to whatever temperature makes you comfortable. I do ask that you put the A/C to 78 degrees while not in the condo. It only takes minutes to adjust to your favorite temperature when you return. Due to the humidity we have here in Florida; the A/C system will freeze over if it is running while the doors and windows are open. If you would like the doors and windows open, simply switch the system to off.
FIRST AID KIT & FIRE EXTINGUISHER:
Hopefully, you will not need either of these during your stay! The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. You will find a fully equipped first aid kid under the bathroom sink.
COFFEE & TEA:
Coffee and tea are complimentary. Please enjoy as much as you like. You will find a variety of styles and flavors to try. Because the coffee pot is thermal it will keep your coffee hot for a long time and there is no need to worry about the coffee getting burnt.
BATH SUPPLIES/EXTRA TOWELS:
You will find two extra sets of towels in the bottom drawer of the dresser. There is also shampoo conditioner and body wash available for your use located on the window sill in the shower. The blow dryer and hair straightener are located under the sink.
SOFA BED:
You will find a mattress cover, sheets, a blanket and a pillow stored in the chaise of the sofa. Please use the mattress cover to protect the sofa.
BEACH SUPPLIES:
You will find a few things you may use if you go to the beach during your stay located in the closet. Please help yourself to whatever you would like to use. If you need to hang wet towels to dry you may drape them over the chairs on the back deck. The building does not allow hanging towels over the railings.
TRASH REMOVAL / RECYCLING:
The shared dumpsters are located at the far southwest corner of the parking lot behind the building. Please remove all trash upon check-out. I have provided two bags for recycling. Just leave the recycle bags in the kitchen and I will take it to the proper location.
LAUNDRY:
If you need to do laundry during your stay, you will find a coin laundry facility on the south west corner of 3rd Ave and 8th Street. There are several reliable drop off service facilities as well:

Check-out is at 10 am unless you have made special arrangements. Before leaving the condo, please make sure you have done the following:
* Return Parking Pass to the table.
* Remove all trash and take to the dumpster.
* Place any used towels in the bathtub.
* Turn off all lights & unplug small appliances.
* Put A/C on 78 degrees.
* Place keys on the table.
