Designer's super stylish family friendly home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, on an acre with an in ground pool, and patio with outdoor entertainment area. There is ample parking for a truck and boat, or rv. Walking distance to the lake and river, with access to private Lake McQueeney via Woodlake Boat Ramp just down the street.

The main house sleeps 8 in beds, or 12 including couch space, and it is handicap accessible, all one level, no stairs, just 2 steps. It's features a gourmet kitchen and 2 luxurious designer bathrooms.

Bedroom #1, The White Room, is a Master Suite, with a king size bed with a desk to be able to work during your stay. It also has some lounge furniture to rest on. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2, The Blue Room, offers a queen size bed. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom #3, The Orange Room, offers a Queen size bed(Sleeps 2)

Bedroom #4, The Black Room, offers a full size bed. It is handicap accessible and has an adjustable bed with an electric lift recliner in the living room next to it(Sleeps 2)

With a pool table and a large variety of games inside, boredom will not be an issue! Even on bad weather days you’ll have enough to do to enjoy your stay.

Outside, there's a deep refreshing pool, several lounge chairs, a picnic table, a hammock, 2 grills (gas or charcoal), and a day bed perfect for star gazing at night! There's a fire pit with several chairs to sit around and make the best of memories. There's also a fire table lit with propane if you don't want to build one in the pit.

This rental is in a rural area, with lots of woods, fields, and water close by. With that comes pets, livestock, wildlife, insects, smells, pollen, leaves, trees and more and of course weather. These are all things we cannot control even though we would love to! We strive to give the most amazing stay in Mcqueeney but are at the mercy of nature and the weather. Therefore no refunds will be given under any of these circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

**property is in a rural area with many trees, therefore keeping pollen, leaves, twigs, small debri, etc out of the pool is almost impossible. We have a pool service, and clean it ourselves as needed before check in. We do our best to keep it as clean as possible but it is an outdoor pool in a wooded area and unfortunately cannot be perfect 100% of the time. No refunds will be given based on this issue

*There will be a property manager on the property daily to check the pool and hot tub and feed the animals

*We strive to give the best stay so we may have maintenance people outside working
