If skiing isn't your passion, explore the endless hiking and biking trails or enjoy the Sawmill creek that runs through the property.
The Great Room offers a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room cater to all your in-house dining needs.

☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in.
