Lovely, clean, great location!

Had a wonderful time! Conveniently located! Close to downtown Santa Ana and the train, Farmers market in Orange, a quick drive to Disneyland and minutes to the beach! Clean and perfect for a small family or 2 couples.

Quick trip

Just used the place for nighttime as we were gone from early morning till late each day. Stayed 3 nights. Quiet location, which was nice. Also nice to have 2 bathrooms. The bed I slept on was not comfortable as it was leaning on one side and the pillows were not that comfortable either. Though I was so exhausted I slept well, anyway. Nice big kitchen. Cute seating area out front that we didn’t have time to use. The picture is not the same furniture, the “couch” is super tiny and low. I can not imagine sleeping on that, hen it is pulled out, unless you are a small child.. was not a comfy seat to sit on. There was also an insect issue. Spiders and ants.. my daughter did get some bites on her ankles. Some of the fixtures could also use an update. Not bad overall, but will not be staying again.

Nice property, poor neighborhood

The property itself was very nice inside and had all the things one would need for a short stay. The property was easy to access and the on-site parking was a bonus! The outdoor space was very dirty so we were not able to use it unfortunately. The neighborhood itself was not the best and we had someone open our locked door the first night so the key code may not be unique which was concerning. We also had trouble getting ahold of the property manager through the text option but he did eventually call us which I very much appreciated! I would probably not stay there again in the future due to the area but overall the place suited our needs for this trip just fine.

Great stay, close to Disneyland!

The property was just as pictured, we loved staying there. We had no issues with noise or anything, we never felt at all unsafe in the neighborhood. It is a shared driveway but there is a marked parking space for the unit so there were no issues. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to the Disneyland resort both days that we went and only about 30 minutes to the beach. Julio was a great host, we will definitely consider staying again whenever we're back in the area!

Loved it!!!

This cute 2 bedroom 2 bath was beautifully decorated. Both bathrooms had large tubs in them. The fire pit was a plus, lighting around the yard made it feel safe when returning at night. Beds were pretty comfortable and they had plenty of blankets. Kitchen stocked well if you plan on preparing a meal or two. I brought my two dogs (small dogs) and put a gate up in between the living room and hallway, which gave them plenty of space and kept them from roaming the house. Check in process was easy, I would definitely recommend the stay.

Close to Disney

Cute little place not far from Disneyland. We stayed here since most Disneyland hotels were booked. It was cute, clean and comfortable. Perfect for one or two small families. 10 min to Disneyland.

Great Location

Short drive to Disneyland and other area attractions. Nice kitchen and rooms. A little maintenance is needed, but owner was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Nice place

The place was nice and comfortable. The two things that brought my rating down were that the pictures of the listing do not show that it is part of another unit. We were under the impression that it was a home based on the picture. If you notice in the picture of the listing, the right side of the house is cut off. This is to limit the view that another unit that other people can rent out is directly attached. So, we were surprised that someone else was staying directly next door. We could hear them coming and going early in the morning and late at night. So, if you are looking for a quieter private place I would look elsewhere. If you don’t plan on being there and going to Disneyland all day and just using it as a place to sleep, it’s a nice little place. Inside was very clean, beds were a little firm. I would recommend the owner has the housekeepers check to make sure soap is refilled. The keypad to get in can be confusing but we figured it out. Overall, great place to stay and we were satisfied with our visit. Owner responded to questions very quickly.
