Did we mention the Spa? This property boasts a luxury spa with dozens of treatments to choose from to truly make your vacation feel like a vacation. For the youthful ones, an arcade and miniature golf course are right on site for your enjoyment. Relax in the multiple building pools and hot tubs and unwind in the sauna and steam room. Amazing unit ski in ski out great price....we had a great trip here and will return...amazing amenities...hit tub pool restaurants...you never have to leave...everything is right on prem....recommend this unit!! You actually ski into the locker room practically. Thx.

Small condo in great location

The location of this condo is ideal, perfectly situated by the Beaver Run Superchair. Very easy to ski in/ski out and leave skis securely locked in the provided locker right off the lift. Our dog loved playing on the snowy hill behind the building and we loved the hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. The Beaver Run complex is huge, so be aware that to check in, you should park in front of the main building, rather than building 4 where this condo is located. It’s a pretty long walk otherwise! The condo is very tight for 3 people and a large dog, but did its job for what we needed. The large shower is nice and relaxing after a day on the slopes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to someone who isn’t necessarily looking for a spacious place, but wants a great location in Breck.

Great location and value but a little beat up

Location and value was great. The door to the hall was damaged and had a huge gap at the bottom letting a lot of noise into the bedroom since that's the first room. Difficult to get a good night sleep

Property location was great. Property is mountain facing, walk down one hallway, take the elevator down two levels to the ski lockers. Once you're done at the ski lockers, head out the door and access your choice of two lifts. When you're done for the day, simply ski off directly to the lockers, no walking involved. Having a parking garage with access through the skywalk was convenient and warm when we needed. The property layout could be better by pushing the kitchen to one side and combining the shower with the other parts of the bathroom, although it was nice to have a huge shower after a day on the slopes. This is no way had any negative impact on our stay. Sleeper sofa was convenient and comfortable for the kiddos. If you're going to ski, this is a great place to stay! Owner contact was available and check-in process was relatively easy. Great stay overall! Thank you.

Great location with easy access to Breck

Perfect size for my family. Two adults and a 5 year old. The shuttle was great getting to and from. The 5 year old loved the pools, hot tubs and arcade. Only one issue was a remote didn’t have batteries. That was easily fixed by the front desk though within minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Property Management had good communication, the condo was clean and well stocked and the price was good. The condo was hot, so if you plan to use it in the summer, know that there is no air conditioning, one window and no flow of air. Pleasant surprise was that the property had a shuttle for all local restaurants etc. That was very useful.

CASE conference stay

Overall our stay was good. A lovely location; Beaver Run is a great venue. The room stuffy at first and was difficult to cool down even with a fan in the window. We wondered if having the bed near the window would be helpful especially in the summer months. Appreciate your hospitality and have a wonderful rest of your summer!

Great Location

The Beaver Run resort is amazing. So much to do and easy access to everything. Shuttle service is amazing - comes quickly and can take you downtown very easily. Our room was pretty good but note that in the summer there is no AC so it's super hot. There is just one window that you can open so it's hard to get any air circulating through the room. The room itself is a little small and is a little outdated but it's good enough. The shower is really nice! Parking is kind of a pain as it's hard to find a spot right outside so you have to park in the garage and walk ... but it's not too bad. Since we went through VRBO, the front desk said they wouldn't service the room. I guess we need to call the property owner for that. We never did so not sure how that would have gone. Overall a really nice place for the money. If we went back, we would probably try to get one of the rooms with a balcony but if you are looking to save a little money and still stay in an amazing resort, this is a good place.

Great resort, room and experience

The room was clean, just as advertised, and perfect for our family. Kids had more space in the living room area pull-out bed at night then we would have had in a standard hotel room. Kitchen had everything we needed to support morning breakfast in. Loved the easy access to ski!

Nice stay on a snowboarding trip

The hosts were easy to get ahold of regarding questions prior to and during the trip. My husband and son said the building is older but great location, easy access to surroundings. They felt the condo was very clean (and they are high maintenance)! They had a great stay and would go back.

Beaver Run Resort

Check in process was challenging as it took them several minutes to locate reservation, even though I provided front desk with all required information. Was unaware of $36 a day to park, but a small fee to pay for the location, which is unbeatable. During stay key card stopped working (didn't realize until I got to room) so had to walk all the back to front desk for replacement, minor inconvenience. Room was perfect and as descripted. No issues with room or other areas of property. Highly recommend and would book again.

You gotta ski

The best thing about the property is the ski in ski out location. The key to the room and garage failed but hopefully they are working on that. Nice to have an inside garage for the cold temps. The sofa bed was reasonable. Use the humidifier which is in the closet due to the dry mountain air. Bring sugar or sweetener for coffee if you need any

Skiing Breck

This sits in a perfect spot! Everything about this place is easy. Shuttle to/from town (on extra cold days), easily walkable to town on nicer days and true ski in ski out with lockers available! Will definitely stay here again. 5 Diamond lodging is one of the best management companies we have ever dealt with! Thanks for a great stay!
