Welcome to Pacific Paradise #A! This Tuscan-style home offers three well-appointed bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and nearly 2,500 sq. ft. of comfortable living space! South Oceanside is the perfect year-round getaway. The weather does not get better than this. You will be located within minutes of the finest beaches, Legoland, and restaurants, and a quick 10-mile drive to Four Season's Aviara Golf Course and Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
The main living space is on the entry level of the home and provides guests with a spacious and professionally decorated open floor plan. The dining area (seating eight) and living room have access to a deck with seating, an outdoor dining area, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. The sunny and carpeted living room offers comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, plenty of books, and a smart TV. The kitchen is a fully equipped chef's retreat with a pantry and an open design for easy access. Appliances include a double-door fridge, a built-in oven and microwave, a five-burner stovetop, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a dishwasher, a mini-fridge, and a desk.
All three large bedrooms are on the second floor, above the living room, dining, and kitchen area. The main bedroom boasts ocean and pier views, a convenient desk in case you need to work from home, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a tiled stand-alone shower with a built-in bench, and a jetted tub with ocean views. The remainder bedrooms feature smart TVs. Climb up the stairs to reach the rooftop deck for sunset views or dining under the stars - delight yourself with an inviting spot with marvelous views of the ocean and nearby pier. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and a two-car garage with plenty of street parking nearby for guests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
