White Pelican: 3 BR, 2 BA Haus makellos gepflegt. Liegt auf einem riesigen Golfgrundstück mit Blick auf das Wasser aus jedem Fenster des Hauses. Riesige Terrasse und Veranda am Golf mit Blick auf die schönen Sanddünen und den Privatstrand. Vorderdeck mit Blick auf die Alligator Bay und das natürliche Waldgebiet. Schlaf 7. Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Kabel-TV, DVD, Videorecorder, Gasgrill, voll möbliert. High-Speed-WLAN und Kabel-TV zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ausstattung: Holzböden im gesamten, zwei Doppelbetten, Etagenbett mit Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett; kürzlich renoviert; Specksteinküchentheken und neues zweites Bad; Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, voll ausgestattete Küche, Deckenventilatoren, Kabel-TV und Videorecorder, Gasgrill; 16 Fuß breite Glastüren blicken auf riesige Leinwand Veranda, Privatstrand.

Aktivitäten: Sehr ruhige Gegend. Keine Themenparks, Achterbahnen, Kinderparks usw. Einkaufen innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten; Ausflüge nach Carrabelle, Wakulla, Apalachicola, East Point und Tallahassee sind sehr beliebt. Hochseefischerboote fahren von mehreren örtlichen Yachthäfen ab. Wunderbare Restaurants innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrt. Das Fischen von der Brandung vor dem Haus brachte dieses Jahr spanische Makrelen, Flunder, Wittling und Rotbarsche hervor.

Gebiet: Alligator Point ist eine schmale Landzunge von ungefähr 6 km Länge. Die meisten Karten verzeichnen es nicht. Vor Jahren hieß das Gebiet "Lighthouse Point", bevor es erschlossen wurde. Unser Haus befindet sich im engsten Teil, also am Golf zur Bucht. Unser Hinterhof ist der Golf von Mexiko; Unser Vorgarten ist Alligator Bay. Schöner, leichter Sandweg durch die Dünen zum Strand. Die Bucht ist vor dem Haus zugänglich. Kürzlich haben wir ein 420 'Dock zum Angeln und Anlegen von Booten auf Anfrage hinzugefügt (weitere Informationen auf Anfrage).

Der Highway 98 ist die Hauptstraße entlang der Küste. Der Alligator Drive (Highway 370) führt bis zur Halbinsel westlich der großen Brücke über die Ochlocknee Bay. Leichte Einkäufe sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten vom Haus aus möglich.

Mieten in der Regel mindestens 7 Tage, aber einige Ausnahmen und laufen von Sonntag bis Sonntag, sofern keine anderen Vereinbarungen getroffen werden.

Beautiful location!

House was just as described! Very clean, beautiful location. Host was very easy to communicate with. Multiple days of just sitting on the deck with book in hand, watching the dolphins play! Kitchen was well stocked, which made it so convenient. We only left one day out of 7 to dine out. Such a relaxing vacation!

Amazing spot

Great getaway

if you are looking for quiet and peaceful this is the place. We got to see dolphins swimming most morning, was able to fish out of the ocean and was overall very relaxing.

Loved this beach experience

Highly recommend. The house was comfortable, very clean and up to date. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. So much exploring and playing on the beach; there is still a lot of wildlife around due to low tourism in the area. Highly recommend if you want a quiet beach and few distractions.

We had a great time staying at the White Pelican, the house was great, the ability to use the dock was an added plus, the beach wasn’t crowded and even though the wind and waves were a little rough for fishing we made the best of the time together and made some awesome memories!

Excellent!

Our second visit to Alligator Point and first time staying at the White Pelican did not disappoint. The house offers lots of space for everyone, the screened porch and deck were perfect spaces to enjoy a cup of coffee and read. Amazing views of the Gulf and quiet beach made our family's Christmas at the beach exactly what we all needed!

Exploring the Area

My stay included biking in Bald Point State Park and walking to the nature preserve at the west end of alligator point. The beach house was excellent. Really nice screened porch and deck. Beautiful beach with lots of shells on days when tide brings them in! My friends and I enjoyed this house and location, even with a couple of days of rain.

Paradise on the peninsula

Alligator Point is a great area to get away from everyday stresses & the White Pelican was the perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful with great outdoor spaces to relax & enjoy the scenery. At the time of year we were there we watched both sunrises & sunsets over the Gulf from our comfortable chairs. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Relaxing and refreshing!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days...this was our first time to Alligator Point and we hope to come back!...loved the remoteness and laid-back feeling...the house had everything we needed and is a described and pictured on listing... Perfect!

Exactly perfect for our family (11, 12 & 19 w/ parents). Everyone had a blast. What a gem to have bay-front AND gulf-front! Couldn’t decide which side offered a better sunset! Alligator point is amazing and there’s certainly plenty to do, places to eat, things to see. You can have 30A….. give me the Forgotten Coast! The house is excellent, just as advertised, well decorated and furnished. Everything was simple and seamless. No issues! And the ice maker just takes it next level! Definitely hope to make it back.

We had a great time. It was the first time I have pulled my boat with us. The property owner was staying next door for a couple days of our stay. He was great he had plenty of knowledge of the fishing in the area and was more than glad to share it. We caught a lot of fish and really enjoyed the beach at the house. We will definitely be going back.

Awesome get-a-way

What’s not to like about the Gulf steps away from your back door and the Bay with a private 420’ dock steps away from your front door. A fisherman’s dream! The house was clean and well stocked. Josh and Kate were very personable and checked to make sure there was nothing we needed. We would give our stay at the White Pelican 6 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if we could!

White Pelican

We have been enjoying Alligator point for years and this year was no different. The house was as we expected based on the listing. The dock across the street was nice as we had the best of both worlds...beach and bay. Josh was a very accommodating host and it was nice to meet with him and chat a bit. We also enjoyed the fresh catch he shared with us!!

Beautiful and unforgettable vacation

The home was amazing! The views were amazing. I loved that the house had so much character and everything we needed. We chose to take a Christmas vacation there and I was able to bake all my Christmas candy for my family. The owner was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Thank you for such a wonderful quiet place for us to have some down time. We ditched the electronics and had nothing but peace and family time. We will definitely be back again and if you haven’t stayed yet don’t hesitate - book it now! You won’t regret it!

This is our personal vacation home not a shabby rental investment filled with inexpensive worn furniture and run by a corporation. We take great pride in making it inviting and well appointed. The home has been renovated from top to bottom since we purchased the home and we have just renovated the master suite with new glass enclosed master shower and ship lap bedroom in the winter of 17. We are avid divers and spearfish year around in the amazingly bountiful waters of the gulf.
