The space
**PLEASE NOTE** The Kitchen & Bathrooms have all been completely remodeled with high-end lux finishes, beautiful quartz countertops in the kitchen & glass subway tiles in the bathrooms.
This is unit is the top level of a 2 story home. The lower level has a small 1-Bedroom apt. There are completely separate entrances for the home and apartment below, nothing is shared, (a portion of the floor of the home is the ceiling of the lower apartment). No access is shared for either unit to the other. However, we do request that guests in the home be mindful of the noise level, especially late at night, out of respect for the guests in the 1-Bdrm apt. below.

It's fully stocked for all your needs and has 1 private parking space. The scenery will take your breath away and you'll absolutely love how beautiful this home is.
The home will accommodate a maximum of 4 people, (No sleeping on the furniture or floors). Only guests who have booked the home will be allowed at the property. The Fireplace is decorative only. No BBQ's, Grills, or FIRES of any kind allowed at this property, (No Bay access from this home, McNear's Beach just a few minutes away by vehicle)
**NO SLEEPING ON THE FURNITURE, (Sofas, couches, etc) or FLOOR. Guests must use the bedrooms/beds for sleeping. If more than 3 guests, please plan on doubling up in the bedrooms (Queen Beds). **
**There is just ONE (1) off-street parking space for this unit, however, it will not accommodate an oversized or wide vehicle. There is no street parking at the property, but there is street parking further down the street as well as on a cross street about 1/4-1/2 block away. If you will have more than 1 vehicle, please inform the property manager. **

If you are looking for a “PARTY HOUSE", unfortunately this property will not suit your needs. While we certainly encourage our guests to enjoy themselves...we must also insist that no one in the area is disturbed by excessive or loud noise, partying, drinking or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes before or after "reasonable hours".

***PARKING ACCOMMODATES ONLY 1 VEHICLE. No Street Parking available at the property. Additional vehicles must park down the hill on the cross street (very close).
**Please Note: There is NO BAY SWIMMING ALLOWED.
***THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, (Smoking not allowed anywhere including patios, decks, walkways, stairs, beach area or any part of the property - smokers must go to the Oak Dr. sidewalk away from the property).
GARDENERS come on SATURDAYS and arrive anytime between 10am-5pm.
