This spacious oceanfront Rockaway Beach vacation home features direct beach access, updated kitchen and bathrooms, private hot tub, and panoramic ocean views. The cozy sunroom and spacious open floor plan make this ideal for families and group getaways.

Walk to local cafes and tourist shops in Rockaway Beach. Head out to deep waters with charter fishing services, hook up with a local guide for whale watching or kayaking. Or relax and enjoy the sandy beach.

We will be available by text or phone during your stay.

The house is in the center of town. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This property is self check in. Guests will hav private access to the beach house via a smart lock system using a pin to be sent to you before your arrival. Guests may check in any time after the 4:00pm check in time.

The house has a large gathering room which is the living room, dining room, and kitchen combination. Also, there is a large sun room facing the ocean. From the ocean side of the house there is direct access to the beach over the berm and down the rock steps.

Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds.

Once at the house you will not need a car as you are walking distance within the downtown.

Bali Hai is on a seven mile sandy beach for your enjoyment. Fires are allowed on the beach 20 yards from property lines unless there is a fire closure in place. The city fireworks display is in front for the house on the Fourth of July and guests are able to view/enjoy the annual Rockaway Beach Kite festival.

Clean, well maintained, obviously cared for vacation home.

We have stayed at Bali Hai multiple times since 2021 and have always found it to be very clean, well maintained, easy communication with managers, and in the most perfect location possible in this area. Oswald West is close, Tillamook is close, and Rockaway Beach has held onto its classic Oregon Coast vibe. This house is well managed and is always a joy to visit. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Amazing Stay

Really enjoyed the property and the beach. The weather was perfect and the location was great for our beach activities. Hot Tub needed a little clean - but the maintenance person came and took care of the HT. I would rent this property again.

Fantastic

Well maintained home! I will definitely book again! The steps down to the beach is a little challenging... BUT... easier access close by! 4th of July fireworks show was fantastic to watch from the property! *** although... I would suggest a LARGE sign at the bottom of the rocks "private property" we spent a LOT of time redirecting people who thought the stairs were a way out from the beach***

Great Location and a Very Clean Property

Well kept and larger than pictures show, this beach house was wonderful to stay in. Large master suite, excellent hot tub, and very well stocked kitchen made it perfect for us. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely Place. Perfect Ocean View

Right on the beach, direct ocean view and access. Steps down to the beach may be difficult for elderly or handicaped persons. Very nice property. The kitchen is very nice, plenty plates, silver wear, glass wear and pots and pans. Beds are on the small side, but lovely bedding. Rock Way Beach Rock is in view.

Beautiful seascape getaway

We have stayed at the home for our spring break for three years now and I can’t wait to return next year. Sitting in the sun room every morning watching the waves roll in is an absolute joy. The home is airy yet cozy, clean & well stocked with everything we could ever need. See you next year!!!

Beautiful home and location

This home is beautiful and well kept. The layout of the furniture makes the space very inviting and utilizes the views to the fullest. We loved just watching the waves. The hot tub was nice. The access to the beach was a little tough with big steps for older members of our family but just down the road is easy access. Very well stocked kitchen. Sheets are really nice, beds are on the firm side. We really loved our time here. My only place for improvement would be darker blinds in the bedrooms to block outside lights.

Beautiful ocean view

It was a great house with beautiful ocean view and right on the beach. The place was very clean and had everything you need for your stay! The only suggestion I would add would be to remember to bring binoculars. There were none at the house and we forgot ours. It is a great place for whale watching.

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved the house! Three friends spending time together, and we all enjoyed it very much. Our only regret was being there when it was cold, so we only used the glassed in porch once because it was just too cold to sit out there would loved to have had warmer weather to be able to sit out and have our morning coffee, easy, walk to restaurants and shops. I’m sure we will be back again.

Comfortable and Convenient

We rented this property for a weekend away with our adult children. The home was spacious and had a great view. It’s conveniently located to restaurants. Many are within walking distance. We didn’t go out much during our stay because it was stormy. We would love to come back in the summer when more places are open and the weather is better.

Perfect location. The beach is right there. Amazing. You can't get any closer.

Nice place with great beach access

Rain or shine ocean front haven

My 25-year friendship with a circle of six women wad shored up by our 5-day stay at Bali Hai. We walked, played games, shared food and talked until we fell into bed. The house is very accommodating to a group of people. There is room for art and room for gaming and room for sharing food. The kitchen is well stocked and the light in the house is amazing.

Rockaway Beach

The house was fantastic! Very clean , had everything we needed. Beautiful views, access to beach & within walking distance to shops & food. We lost power one night, our housekeeper Steph called us and said she would be right over& she brought us flashlights & tea candles then called in the morning to make sure we were ok. Above and beyond!! Would stay there again!

Great house right on the beach!

This was a super nice house directly on the beach. Lots of updated touches and exactly as the pictures showed. As another visitor noted, it is right next door to a restaurant, but noise wasn't an issue, even during the kite festival (if you stay here, you'll have a front row seat!). The beach is nice and flat, and the area is perfectly situated for day trips to Manzanita and Cannon Beach. Unless you are a mountain goat (a railing would make it safer), it's best to avoid the steps to the beach on the property-luckily there is easy access one block in either direction. We really enjoyed our stay, and even though you're right in the middle of the action in Rockaway beach it feels quiet and peaceful.

Exceeded our expectations

Brother and sister with spouses. Enjoyed an amazing time on the beach with perfect weather. Loved the sunroom. Jacuzzi was fabulous brand new picnic table set up but unfortunately we didn’t use it because we simply chose to eat indoors. TV was large and working fine. Showers have nice pressure.

Amazing property

We loved this house! It was so spacious, the location on the beach was perfect for our ocean loving kids, and the sun room was great for their Grandparents to relax and watch them in comfort. With shops, restaurants, the beach and a playground on our doorstep it was all very convenient. We had a wonderful trip and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Home!

This is a wonderful beach home which feels bigger in person than the pictures! We loved it and would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing and location perfect.
