Maximum Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
A registration form with all guest names and ages must be filled out prior to your stay.
Additional overnight guests will be charged 2100TTD/guest/night.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside of the Villa. However, you may smoke on porches and verandas. There will be an additional cleaning fee of 300TTD if there is evidence of smoking in the Villa and/or improper disposal of smoking materials.
Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property.
Pool rules:
Adherence to the pool rules is required. Users of the pool do so at their own risk. The Villa bears no liability or responsibility for accidents during its use. The pool safety ring is for rescue purposes only. It is not a pool toy. Pool toys will be available upon request.
Failure to follow pool rules will result in forfeiting up to 50% of your deposit.
Guests parking:
Guests may park their vehicles on the property at your own risk. Please be mindful of the entrances to the surrounding villas when parking on the street.
Please refrain from performing vehicle repair or maintenance (eg. Washing cars) at the villa.
Absolutely NO parking on the grass.
Any guest found in violation will be charged 100TTD/per violation/per day.
Security deposit:
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required as a security fee to confirm your booking. The deposit will offset any damages done to the property or returned to the lead Guest one day after departure when the villa inventory is checked and the property examined. Refer to “Damages” below for an explanation of what may be considered damages to the property.
Damages: Damages include stains, broken, chipped, or missing; furniture, fixtures, equipment, appliances, wares, utensils, sheets, blankets, towels, landscaping (including grassy areas), pool, pool safety ring, pool toys, pool loungers, and pool umbrellas.
