15 minutes from downtown Denver and 5 minutes from Olde Town Arvada, with easy access to the mountains, this house is perfect for groups or families looking for the luxury of space and convenience.
Enjoy the large yard, covered porch, mature trees, and open spaces. Located next to multiple large parks (with a playgrounds for kids), as well as access to many walking trails. Located within driving distance to several popular hikes, national parks, and mountain slopes.
The house will be entirely yours with no in-person interaction, unless an issue arises, in which case I can stop by, if need be.
I will provide a unique code for guests to easily access the property using a smart lock.
The neighborhood is filled with parks, walking trails, and multiple lakes. Conveniently located 15 minutes to downtown Denver, and adjacent to I-70 (the highway that leads to the mountains), this area is perfect for a group or family ready to explore Colorado, while also benefiting from large private space. If you are a golfer- this house is located only ~1 mile from 3 separate courses!
Located just 5 minutes from Olde Town Arvada- a walking area filled with local restaurants, wineries, bars, boutiques, etc., with a nice farmer’s market on Sundays as well.

-Smokin Fin’s (Sushi / Seafood)

The entire house and dedicated, enclosed yard space will be exclusively for your use, outside of the basement and garage where I keep belongings and cleaning tools for my cleaning staff.
Spacious, updated/modern split-level home with a large backyard space and covered porch. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, dining room, and 2 separated living rooms, each with a comfortable couch for sleeping, or a queen size air mattress available for your use as well. Master bedroom boasts a large room, private bathroom, and king sized bed. The home is spacious, open, and green, surrounded by several mature trees.
The house is located just 2 doors down from a park with a playground for kids, large green space for frisbee or picnics, 2 min drive to the nearest grocery store, etc. Convenient walking paths connect to the park - great for bike rides or walks through the neighborhood.
Smart TV included- easy login access to virtually any tv streaming platform. Wifi access included, as well as 2 dedicated workspaces throughout the house with an additional monitor to hook up to.
Brand new appliances include washer and dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc.
We provide coffee, tea, etc. for you to make your stay more comfortable!
Parking is free and abundantly available. 2 driveway parking spots are included, as well as street parking.
Public transportation:
There is a bus stop walkable within 5 minutes located on Wadsworth, as well as 2 light rail stops (Olde Town Arvada and Westminster) around 8 minutes away by car. The light rail is clean, quick and reliable to exploring the rest of Colorado.
No parties and no smoking indoors!
I have a positive relationship with my neighbors, and ask that you contain your volumes, especially while outside. Several neighboring houses have children, so I ask for your utmost respect to keep the neighborhood comfortable, especially for the nearby families.
Pets:
I will allow up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs to join on your stay. No cats or other pets will be allowed. There is a large, enclosed backyard, perfect for your furry friends to relax.
Please make sure to clean up the backyard and house from anything pet-related prior to your departure. Note that any damage to the house or yard will result in a charge for the cost of the repair.
I appreciate your cooperation in making this property pet friendly - I love dogs, and want to keep this an option for all.

This home is situated close to the mountains with nearby outdoor excursions, but also only a short drive from downtown Denver, giving a host of options to explore on your stay. Beyond that, I love Olde Town Arvada (just a 5 minute drive) - this is our local walkable shopping and dining area, with events, concerts, farmers markets, festivals, etc. throughout the year. You will also find some great local restaurants and breweries there such as Lady Nomada, Teocalli, Homegrown Tap & Dough, Smokin' Fins, Denver Beer Co, Elevated Seltzers, and others. Olde Town has a unique charm you won't want to pass up. This property encapsulates everything I love about Colorado from the mountains, to the food, to the city.
