Great location

Our family of five enjoyed the location and the condo layout. The shuttle bus stop is conveniently located close to the condo, the view of the mountains is beautiful, the condo is spacious and has everything you need. Parking is right in front of the condo. The condo is located on the first floor so it’s convenient to get in and out quickly. The fire place works really well and we didn’t need to turn on the heaters at all.

Great X-mas Getaway

Came here over Christmas, and was excited to find this place was in walking distance from VONS as well as restaurants. Very comfortable interior as well, all around a great experience. As it located within an older but modernized complex, one can hear the neighboring kids running around, but it was no bother.

Great base camp

Lovely place to explore Mammoth. Five minute walk from a useful plaza and fron the scenic town walk. We arrived in a blizzard but the housing communith had the snow cleared within a few hours. Condo was warm and cozy even when over a foot of snow was falling iutaide.

Wonderful family time

Perfect location and set up for traveling with children. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, walking path, shopping. Quiet condo complex. Nice to have a DVD player to enjoy family movie night. We had one of there best family vacations we’ve ever had.

Great location!

We loved the location- walking to Vons and the free local shuttle stop was the best, and the walking path right behind the complex was great. Bunk beds in the second room were great for our kids.

Easy an convenient

The property was exactly as advertised and just what we needed. We actually ended up riding the shuttle to the mountain to avoid the hassle of parking, which was even better than we expected. Easy walk to the grocery store and restaurants.

Great location, spacious cabin

Good deal for the price. Cabin is warm, spacious and sleeps 5 comfortably. Was clean and well equipped, only thing missing was a kettle (there was a coffee maker). The location is excellent, very close to Vons, movie theaters, ski stores, fast food etc. If you're after cheap groceries, check out Grocery Market, Bargain Outlet. Recommend taking the green bus line which goes to Eagle Lodge as it's quieter than Main and Canyon which can be hectic. Hosts were responsive when we texted with a question. Would definitely return.

Disappointed

Hot tub was not working. BBQ was too dirty to use. Never saw a Sauna (not saying there wasn’t one) People that lived in the condos were always hanging outside smoking and drinking. Don’t leave anything behind; like a tissue in the garbage or soap in the shower or they will take a photo and send it to you threatening to not give you all your deposit back.

Good location / busy

We were in a 3-day fishing tournament, so we were gone most of the day. It seemed like there were families that were more permanent, working. The main bed had a memory foam mattress, which did not work for my Brother. He switched the bedding to the pull out couch. All in all it was a nice condo !!!!!! " It did have a view of the Sherwin mountais "

Very good experience - would choose a better location next time

The condo was great- even had a little step stool for our toddler. The oven broke while we were there, and Kristen was very responsive and reimbursed us some for the inconvenience. Next time we come, we would aim to stay closer to the village. The pictures showed a kids outdoor play fort, but it is no longer there, which was a bummer for us with a 2yo.

Great location, right in town

Great location, near bowling, grocery store, brew pub, bus stop & theater. I enjoyed it and would stay again. That said you are in a working class neighborhood, between a bowling alley and a grocery store. This is super convenient but not super picturesque unless you look up to the mountains.

Like the property, it is spacious and clean. Nice size living area and bathroom. Few more hand towels would be better. Also bottom matrass in the second bedroom is too soft. Nice location close to Vons and some restaurants. I would recommend Distant Brewery that is on a walking distance. Overall would recommend this unit.

Cozy 2 bedroom

Very roomy, lots of parking. Jacuzzi just steps away. Neighbors were friendly. Only the bare minimum for kitchen items, no salt or pepper or oil. But besides that everything was great. Would stay here again

Owner Requires Place to be White Glove Clean Upon Checkout

I have to leave an honest review. I would not stay here again. The owner requires the place to be completely cleaned minus sheets and towels. The kitchen has to be left ready for the next person who books the place. There can’t be a crumb, a dirty glass, nothing anywhere. Sink and stove need to be completely clean. There was a small piece of egg in the dish drain. I was sent a picture of this egg piece. The whole kitchen needs to be white glove clean upon checkout. I have received an additional charge for cleaning because I didn’t wash 2 frying pans and a coffee pot. I didn’t wash the frying pans and coffee pot because no dish sponge was provided. I was tired of washing dishes with paper towels. The maids are photographers. They took pictures of everything. In the time they spent taking pictures they could have cleaned the whole place. One empty glass and a receipt on the nightstand is not trash all over the place. I stay in many rentals every year. This one I would not book again.

Great winter wonderland get-away

We stayed in the condo during an epic snow storm. Not only is the condo comfortable, but the complex plowed the parking lot and stairways daily. Everything was accessible and safe. The owner's were very responsive and flexible when it appeared we might need to stay another night past our reservation due to local road closures. Communication was great.

Quaint older unit that was perfect for 2 guys for skiing! Would be great for a couple with kids as well. Very close to some great restaurants along with a well appointed Kitchen.

The condo is conveniently located close to the chairlift, stores and restaurants. I loved the view of the mountain from the bedroom window and dining area. The owner was flexible to change the days due to weather conditions.

Just as described & excellent location!!

It was so nice to be out of the main village traffic and still close to everything needed - including groceries, restaurants, entertainment, rental shops & shuttle. The neighbors and manager at the condo were all so helpful as it was my family’s first experience with shoveling our car out and getting snowed in! Condo was great - everything very comfortable and owners very communicative. I didn’t know we were stuck until I saw the text from Kristen, and she worked with us in that situation. We are booking this again when we come back for sure!
