Cell phone signals are not super strong in our area, so you may experience spotty phone calls.

The house is located off a 2-lane thoroughfare. As a result, there should be some traffic expected. The house is built from ICF Concrete, so any audible traffic noise inside the house is minimal.

Use the hot tub at your own risk. We don't recommend heating higher than manufacturer recommended temperature of 100 degrees. Never leave children unattended

Guests checking out on Sunday or Mondays are asked to bring the garbage and recycle bins to the end of the driveway on Sunday night for early Monday pickup.

The entire home and property are available to guests, with the exception of the outdoor storage shed & a locked storage closet in the home.

Early check in is sometimes but not always available, for an additional fee of $35 per hour for every hour before 4:00 PM. Due to outgoing guests, we may not be able to authorize an early check in until the day of check in, if at all. Late check out, if it is available, is at $35 per hour for every hour past 11 AM. Please arrange late checkouts the night prior so that we can move the cleaners schedule.

Host is not responsible for third party amenity interruptions; such as electricity water, gas or internet. These are beyond our control. For example; anything due to weather or natural causes, down power lines, frozen pipes, any outages. Therefore, we cannot give refunds for these reasons.

Exterior cameras are located at the front door & driveway along with a portion of the backyard and covered patio. They are only monitored if needed during a guest’s visit. Home is fully armed while vacant.
